Seyithan Palace Hotel

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and everything was new and great condition

The location

Smelly rooms (mold )uncomfortable bed ,average breakfast overpaid for this kind of hotel ,they turn off the air conditioning at 11:00pm

Good parking space. Clean rooms. Over all good experience

Missing lights in the room.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Nothing major

Good location and staff

Toilet seat doesn’t hold up.

Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone and will not come here again

On arrival they gave me a room that is way smaller than my booking and tried to make me stay in it until next morning for my room. The room they gave me after was not in a good condition so i had to change rooms again. They advertise that the swimming pool is free, which is not it was 20€ for a day access. On booking.com there is a breakfast included deal, there is no restaurant or cafe or anything to serve food other than a Nescafé machine next to the lobby. The WIFI is so bad and lagging most of the time. And the power went out for the whole hotel, whenever I asked reception their response was “happens every year” and does not know when will return.Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone and will not come here again

Air conditioning is horrible and noisy and no sounds isolating.

Communication, fast check in, out, feedback and further opinions

Not enought tables outside terraces

Its was good hotel , clean and have a nice and wonderful staff

Its far away from downtown

Very clean and beautiful room. Nice design and looking modern. Only 2 minutes walk from a huge shopping mall. Comfortable beds.

Wifi connection was very weak, I was even getting disconnected a couple of times. The shower is randomly shooting extremely hot water for a couple of seconds so every shower was a bit painful. TV didn’t have Youtube.

This hotel is worth the money, the only small problem was that the bathroom had weird smell sometimes but u can easily solve that by putting a cloth under the door thingy so it doesn’t come out. If u are planning to stay here it’s very nice there’s a mall nearby shops hospitals etc . i did my nose job and stayed here and it was comfortable. i do not have any complaints tbh idk why some people in the reviewes are saying weird stuff , but for me its totally worth it. i’d come here again

Nothing is good

The room it’s so dirty and it’s also noisyThe tv it’s not workingThey are not cleaning the rooms

Location

Old,rusty,dirty

I don't advise this place to anyone too noisy, not clean, unprofessional staff, very rude, TV safety box not working nobody care to passengers.

It is decent place just make sure they give you a room in back side of building otherwise traffic noises is annoying

my room was at street side of hotel

Hotel was nice, but only got room service once when we asked for. Otherwhise nobody would clean our room in 7 days stay. Very noisy rooms, big gap under doors so can hear everyone in corridor. Plus noise from outside. Was unpleasant surprised there is extra charge of €25 just to use pool for a day. By hotel name I would expect spa would be included in stay. Staff in reception very nice and helpful. (Did sort out my multiple taxi calls and got my room cleaned. ) but for price what we payed it’s a good hotel

Nice simple modern hotelClean and comfortable, value for money

The Hotel is wonderful! When I will travel next time to Turkey, I'm absolutely sure that I will stay in here. Because I love this hotel, It's beautifully designed, staff is smiling and atmosphere is friendly.

Price and being clean

Location is far from airport

No breakfast

I don’t like it its smile the room like cigarette
