the rooms are clean

needs improvement on staff at front desk, at the pool and at the restaurant. breakfast is not worth paying for. food is not fresh. paper cups for tea and coffee coffee machine gives you the same drink whatever you press. no iron in the whole hotel

Spacious room

The cleanliness is not taken seriously. The small bottles of shampoo and body wash are refilled, but they are not cleaned, you see residue of ol liquids on them. They look horrible. The towels are so old. At breakfast, the tongs are so old and not functioning properly. They are supposed to help us grab food, however they are so loose that you can't grab a piece of bread or cheese. The Internet is SOOOO SLOWWW. On checkout I asked the staff to provide a receipt, they said they will email it to me, till now they haven't, it's been 4 days that I checked out.

The room sizes and the cleanness

They turn off all lights at the lobby at 2 am although we were still sitting in the lobby and we told them that we are here sitting so they just turn on few light bulbs for us !!!!!!!!!! Water temperature at the shower is very difficult to control it …

Never again

Poor hygiene, no lightin room, tiny room with column in the middle. All construction around with full of dust and smoke.I end up not staying there and nothing been compensated too.

It’s not 5 star at allIt’s stand alone without any surrounded facilities The staff are so aggressive, and not welcoming at all except the porter (Farahat) he is so Kind.My experience at this hotel is not repeatable.

It is very spacious, comfortable and clean.

The bar fridge doesn’t really get cold ??‍♀️ and the address that is on Booking.com is not the actual street address, Taxis have trouble finding it.

Very spacious and clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. breakfast buffet was ok, and the service at the bar was also great. the food at the restaurant was pretty good too.

Location is pretty far away from city center and main touristic attractions, the service at the restaurant is suuuuper slow at the evenings.Pool water was pretty cold. I had an issue because I got a call from the reception at almost 1amin the morning telling me about an issue with my payment, it is not ok to call guests at that hour!! specially because I was traveling with my little son and of course the call woke him up.

There was a great variety of food available for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and attended to our needs promptly. We were given complementary drinks, fruit and biscuits on arrival.

Location of the hotel is a long way from the tourist sites. China cups (our paper cups leaked), and spoons would have been a nice addition to the room.

this is a very new and modern hotel, the staff try really hard to be accommodating, especially the wonderful reception staff. Even though it’s on a very Busy road it is extremely quiet at night time.

The staff both at the reception and in the hotel in general was the least helpful/friendly:1. For the first time in my travel experience, my credit card was charged upon arrival and not at check out. Furthermore, that was the only time I used my card during my stay in the country and later I found out that the details of my card had been stolen and there had been a purchase for a significant amount hundreds of kilometers away from Istanbul, when I was no longer in the country.2. I had bought my kids sweets that required the use of fork and I was told that they "could not provide such a service...!" so my kids needed to eat with their hands.Breakfast:1. It's okay to taste local customs, but it would also be nice to have a standard continental breakfast as well.

There were limited options for breakfast.The spa was too expensive to use.

Unpleasant experience

Staff is not very friendly and not professional.At the moment we arrived, we found the room we booked which has 3 full beds not available! They upgraded our booking to a junior suite which is more expensive, fine but that is not a good option for us, because the suite has 1 queen size bed only and a sofa bed, so one of us had to to sleep on an uncomfortable thin mattress on the sofabed through the whole stay period.One of the staff started complaining at the moment we just arrived about his colleagues and the management of the hotel, which is not professional. Some nights you have to give your car key to the valet guy when external parkings are full. So he parks your car down there in the garage, next day you find no one available to get your car for you, and have to wait until someone comes.Room/suite 1001 windows do not close firmly, joints are broken, asked for maintenance and nobody came. We got the room full of mosquitoes because of that, nevertheless the noise coming from outside because window does not close properly. Room service left the windows fully open twice, coming at night to find the room full of mosquitoes again! Had to buy an electric anti-mosquitoes machine because of that and spent most nights fighting mosquitoes only! Informed reception mutiple times about that with no action. AC is not working properly, you have to press temp up/down like 20 times to get it working to increase/decrease 1 degree of the set temperature. AC menu is in Turkish only.One night asked for a spoon, had to call 3 times for that and got it finally after more than 30 minutes.Wifi has no Internet at the lobby, informed reception, just said I dunno!

The personals was new there and unproffesional and not helpfull . When you book your trip on 5stars hotel ,they have to come out and help with your laugage but they didnt.The breakfast was awfull. The pool was ok and clean but think that you pay so much but the sauna (dry and wet )Was not included?
