Good transport links to centre of city. Nice local inexpensive cafe's and restraunts. Friendly hotel.

It was all good

Bed was so uncomfortable and the walls resonate sound so having a child running around an screaming at 1am was the last straw. We just forfeited two nights that we had paid for and found another hotel.

The hotel was a great experience and has a great location close to the train, so it was very easy and convenient for travelling to all the tourist attractions. The best of all was the staff. They were very accommodating, and the chef's food was very good and at a really reasonable price. We were mostly helped by Argesh, and he was an amazing help with anything we needed. Would definitely book again and recommend to others as well.

The room was not soundproof at all.I could hear the conversation from the room next to mine.Breakfast was below average. The selection of food and the way of self-service should be improved.Tv was too complicated to operate since it had external reciever.

The hotel provides a comfortable stay and the breakfast is satisfactory. What truly stands out is the reception staff, especially Mona. She is excellent—always supportive, helpful, and responds to queries with remarkable softness and courtesy. Her professionalism adds great value to the overall experience.

Staff was very kind.

Entry to the hotel was blocked with parked cars. It was difficult to enter or exit the hotel with luggage. Breakfast was in a separate restaurant next door to the hotel so we had to exit the hotel to go to breakfast.

Location, clean

No restaurant service at night, when it is rain, the hotel don't have umbrella which I could borrow so I have to find a food outside the hotel under the rain without umbrella

Nice clean cozy rooms close to downtown. i took Bus from Airport to Akhsara bus Station. Friendly Stuff Abdullah help me a lot.

Staff are really friendly (grateful specially to Ms Mona), breakfast is good and we were very happy with our family room for 3 adults and one child

Breakfast, clean-ness and staff's friendliness; I had an accident of bumping my head to a glass door which Ms Mona Really helped me with controlling it and checking with emergency support staff if I have broken my nose or not (which I didn't)

you hear everything happening in rooms beyond you. how they sleep, take showers, yelling and other bad things.

receptionist was too rude, unprofessional, not well-educated boy.

Perfect choice hotel in an area away from crazy touristic crowds and everything u need is around you . Breakfast is great , room are big , clean and comfortable , garden is great , water , coffee and tea always available, staff very nice and helpful.Some reviews wrote about a smell , it is NOT true Some wrote breakfast is limited , NOT true . There is more than enough varieties for breakfast.

My room 601 lights were dim but some people love this .

Location is great and easy to get around. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel. Staffs are friendly and very helpful and Mona was super nice to give our family an upgrade from family room to a suite.

It has age a bit still in decent condition.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special mention goes to Mona at the reception—she was so hospitable and incredibly kind, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Her warm attitude truly enhanced my experience. Highly recommended!
