I paid a Month in advance for a sea view room, we were given a standard room with no sea view. When I questioned the man at the reception. He said he didn¿t have any available. I requested for a price adjustment and he refused.

Great location and the rooftop restaurant has fantastic views.

We had booked a Superior Room with Sea View, which is advertised as having sound-proof walls. The room we were given (402) was definitely not sound-proof and we could easily hear the people next door / the elevator. Otherwise everything was fine.

great location (central but quiet),very friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast (needs time though, one should not be in a hurry), great view from some rooms and the roof terrace.

The only thing I don't recommend are the rooms on the first floor, just behind the reception.

Everything, the room had an amazing views of Istanbul skyline. it was spacious and has Jacuzzi which was a nic plus.

The staff were very very friendly and helpful. They'll do their best to help you with whatever you need st any moment. The cleaning team are very professional and trustworthy. Overall my stay was comfort and as expected. Everything you need is close 5 to 10 minutes away.

The walls are very thin so keep in mind to keep your "noise" to minimum. The fridge wasn't working. Maybe because it was winter season. I didn't inform the reception anyway I didn't use it. I suggest to change the lights inside the rooms as it was a bit dark.

Breakfast is good.

The villa was located approximately 300 meters away from the main hotel. Due to the absence of a phone line and ongoing internet connectivity issues, we were required to walk to the main hotel each time we needed to report an issue.

Everything was excellent: very clean, new and fresh. The view of the city was beautiful, and the breakfast was great. Housekeeping was done every day, and the staff were very helpful and responsive to all our requests. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel staff is extremely nice and helpful, we were shown to our room very quickly upon arrival and got offered guide tours in Istanbul. Our room had a large French window so we could get fresh air in, even though fresh air in Istanbul is an oxymoron :). The breakfast area is located in the rooftop Arwin restaurant with an amazing view of the city (Galata Tower, Hagia, Blue Mosque etc.) At first, I was a bit worried about the breakfast options, since my expectations were a classic continental breakfast as in any other hotel. However, the hotel serves a Turkish breakfast (hummus, pide, baked leek/zucchini etc.) which might seem a bit off putting for some, but believe me, it's worth it and delicious. You can also ask for an omelet, fried egg or Turkish scrambled eggs (which I highly recommend).

Some of the things I didn't quite enjoy or like include basically no sound proofing of the rooms (it can take time to fall asleep with all the noise from outside and the lobby), leaking shower, non-working AC and the horrible, unusable Wi-Fi. These issues really ruin the otherwise great experience.

Hotel is highly recommended! The location, design everything is very very good! I kinda felt that I was living in this hotel for a long period of time, cause as soon as we came to check in Deniz bey meet us and upgraded our standard room to a superior room, without any charges. This was amazing gesture from him! I think these are the things that can make each guest to go back and to stay in this amazing place! Thank youuuu

Housekeeping is real problem Furthermore, the internet service was a significant issue, resulting in substantial financial additional costs for our family due to roaming charges.

The neighborhood is very old and very high uphills , made it very difficult to walk specially with kids

HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Room was filthy with pee-stained bedsheets and PUBIC hairs on the bed (see attached photos). Noise from their kitchen staff kept us up until 1:30AM making sleep impossible. They never replace toilet paper or water you have to constantly ask. Even their towel replacements were dirty and stained. Owner acknowledged these issues but would not offer any support or compensation. In summary do NOT stay here.

Amazing view from our room in the 5th floor. The location is perfect. The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly.

Three cleaning of the bathroom was not great. Three staff were very insistent on recommending tourism outlets we didn't necessarily want.

The AC was not working it was 30’c and couldn’t sleep for entire stay

We liked most: - location (very central), near to tram - the view from the room (!) - good style rooms

We didn’t like that much: - the staff was very uninterested in preparing breakfast for the guests, one day you could order turkish coffee, the other day she didn’t want to prepare it. Same for eggs and juices. - the shower was leaky and the bathroom floor was always wet after taking a shower

Absolutely loved my stay! Very nice room with a great view on Bosphorus, helpful and sweet stuff! Definitely coming back
