I was about to get Another night from the Website, but they told me we can give you a better price for the other night in the end after the agreement done they change the price for me. The stuff was friendly but the manager was greedy and they .

Be careful about the extra charges they are strict as well because of the msnger put slot of pressure on the staff which they cant be flexible

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, Tuba the manager is really nice as well! It was worth the money

Nothing a big deal but the room was tiny - so next time i would make book a larger room.

Mr. Beyaz Hotel is centrally located in the Osmanbey district. It's convenient to get to any place you want to visit. You will get a good room for a reasonable price.I'd like to especially thank the manager Mrs, Tuba for the kind and helpful assistance during my stay in Istanbul.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the host greeted me like an old friend, making me feel right at home. The service is poor, They don’t offer solutions that satisfy the customer; they only provide solutions that suit themselves.The room is not clean.The AC was blowing hot air.

Friendly and welcoming staff, particularly the lady working most mornings :) Clean hotel. Good provisions (coffee, water bottles in the room, kettle, etc). Good location close to center. All was very nice. Excellent value to price. I certainly recommend this nice hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the location was perfect, near a street full of shopping stores, and near the bus station!The staff were very friendly, specially Tuba the receptionist.

I liked the warm reception and the professionalism.of staff at the reception , desk, particularly Miss Seray. She makes you feel at home. It's a wonderful place to stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Istanbul. It's value for money and offers fantastic customer service.

The most important thing was the treatment of the hotel staff, which was very, very bad. I still can't believe it, it was the ugliest treatment I've ever seen in my life. I saw a hotel staff that I paid money to keep me safe and quiet, but they allowed themselves to treat me like a wild animal. That woman used to be a stable manager and she deserves to be a stable manager

The room was really comfortable and so quiet and the staff were great. I really liked the location, very close to Nisantasi district and easy to get around. The general manager Tugba was amazing. So helpful and friendly. She upgraded my room for free and when I had a problem with my SIM card she spent ages on the phone trying to solve the problem. She was always there with a smile and made my stay extra special.

Not sure about location its inside residential area not close to main streets. Hotel was so cold! I complained about it during stay , i was informed that they would check but at night i was super cold even under cover! I got flu immediately next few days was horrible for me especially when i have only few days for vacation

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff at this establishment. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable, and the friendly and attentive front desk staff made me feel right at home. The cleaners were also incredibly pleasant and professional.

there was window in room but it was impossible to breath fresh air, as it is filled with plywood, booked with garden view, but there is no any view. also can't switch off heating, but to sleep with air conditioner not good idea. no I didn't ask to change my room, as i have no any mood to solve this. so i decided to let it be as it is. and breakfast, better to have it in city. same money, but better.

I lost my wallet with all my cards before getting to the hotel, got to the hotel at midnight and of all options I only had Apple Pay. Their pos terminal didn’t have WiFi. The staff weren’t particularly helpful with that - I searched for options to pay, but it felt like the lady at the counter didn’t try to cooperate and was just hoping I would magically get my bank card somewhere out of my luggage. The lady refused to accept bank transfer because it would only get in few days. I didn’t have any options, so I asked them to charge through booking.com where I had linked my card. Anywho, managed to check in once the payment went through booking.com. I get that it was my problem, but it felt very unpleasant - if it hadn’t gone through, I am not confident they would let me stay to work smth out in the morning - not the nice feeling to experience in general.

The staff at this hotel was awesome, especially Saray the receptionist! She was super friendly and efficient when I checked in. Overall, a great hotel with excellent people working there.
