Days Hotel by Wyndham Istanbul Maltepe

The outlook of the hotel was good.

The staff. There was not even a smile on the faces. Very unhappy people. The room especially the bed was horrible. Like stone. Couldn't get a nice sleep. I asked for the breakfast service. They only had the open buffet. I wasn't able to order anything

Location was good, next to the Metro.

Morning room service only after 730am, so for an early riser like me i had to rely on the inroom tea provisions that was provided. The refrigerator was hardly cooling. and for bottle openers I had to always call the room service. Breakfast is expensive for the limited variety provided - No fresh juices.

Comfortable room. Good room service. Excellent staff.

Getting to breakfast room is not easy - ramp too steep so needed help up the stairs to breakfast.

The room 401 is more like a small narrow hallway, it was very hard to walk through. I will come again, but this room never again.

Beautiful property with wonderful rooms, great views of the bay and Princes’ islands, and kind staff. I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Istanbul. You get a lot for the price and the location is also wonderful

I had a wonderful stay at the Days Hotel. It is very close to the metro station and is straightforward to access from the Sabiha airport. Piazza shopping mall is nearby (just with one metro station). The staff was so helpful. They upgraded my room. The room was spacious with a sea view and super clean. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and professional staff. Not too far from Airport Sabiha.

Sound proofing

The staff, especially Kenan and Mert, were the best of the beat in terms of manners, reception, and assistance, as well as the calmness and elegance of the hotel.

Quiet hotel, large room with nice view of city and sea beyond

Good location, in east side of Istanbul. Amazing large room, 3 beds, beautiful bathroom, full wall windows looking to city and sea beyond. Quite, no bar / alcohol.

Clean and comfortable room, although a bit small. The stuff was very helpful.

There were absolutely no food options after 11:00 PM

Nice rooms. The staff is amazing and helpfull. Our second time here. Near metro. From Sabiha airport straight to hotel. 2 min walk from the metro. Malls nearby.

The size of the room is good and the beds, also the view from our room was nice.

I'm really disappointed with this Hotel , the staff don't speak proper English. Its strange that you cannot order any alcoholic drink like wine or cocktail with the dinner. The location is really bad, and the access is hard . Its noise from the street and they didn't accept my request for refund of the night price.

Beautiful hotel and well located. Metro is just a short walk away. Free parking just next to the hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I can't remember the young Mans name, but he assisted me to find an ATM and walked with me all the way to the Metro where there were plenty ATM machines. Loved it.

The room was impeccably clean and notably spacious, surpassing the typical hotel room size. Its proximity to the mall and metro renders it conveniently located. I highly recommend this place.

The only drawback is that room service and breakfast come at a relatively steep price.

Everything was Excellent.The reception staff was very helpful.I forgot my mobile in Airport Taxi while coming to hotel from Airport.The reception staff helped and did their best effort and brought my phone back. Thanks.

Cleaning , air conditioning, staff

The room is very noisy from highway and very small , and staff don't help me for change a room , parking of hotel have not good ways to hotel , Bed quality is bad , There was no good towel, just have one shampoo for hair and body No separate separation ,

The room size

Staff attitude: staff paid no attention to guests not even a simple good morning or good evening most of the time they just looked inattentive, on leaving the property even a simple question regarding our stay was not asked one of the worst customer services i have experienced in İstanbul. location the property is not near any facilities car is a must,.Lack of good night sleep, the room was very noisy most of the night you can hear passing traffic from the busy motorway it was very obvious that the room was not soundproofed enough. The room temperature was very hot, and despite changing the thermostat, it was not comfortable at all. The spa will only open from 1 pm!!! Which meant a day loss if you wished to use the facilities.We ordered a room dining breakfast. This was extremely disappointing, very, very poor standard, and for the charge, I was expecting a table service with coffee and tea pot plus multiple presentations of breakfast item, instead we received 2 plates cafe style breakfast with 2 mugs and a small brown bag with bread leftovers from breakfast!!! This was one of the worst indinning I have ever received!!The quality of toiletries as well very poor!! Almost every other day, we had to request refilling of the soup! I usually travel regularly to Istanbul for business and leisure, I will not be recommending or returning to this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and staff are really good abd responsive. Parking is always available which is big plus in Istanbul. Thanks to Meral.

I reserved big room but when I checked in they gave me very small room but was fixed by the manager Meral who is so good in responding to customers care.
