Rox Hotel Istanbul

Very polite stuff, clean room

SPA center didn¿t work

Cleaniness, quietness, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast

The fitness room is rather small with few equipments.

Close to airport..

Room had nasty smell. Bath tub wasn't clean..

Great hotel to be in. Clean , quiet, and a friendly staff. Price is very reasonable compared to the facilities and services.

More equipments are needed in the Gym

Great choice! Thanks

Breakfast was not included

The room was so spacious. It had a big hall with a good furniture. The room was spotless and very nice extra services such as tooth brush and tooth paste was provided in the room.

The room was covered with a smoking smell. The smoking smell was even more annoying in the bathroom. In the early morning, an annoying noise just started at 7 A.M that I could not find the source. My room number was 214.

It was clean and comfortable

Outside and neighbors rooms noise was noticeable. If better isolation can be provided.Alcohol is explicitly shown to all hotel guests. I don’t like to see it.

This hotel was perfect in all ways from reception, to ordering taxis, to breakfast and a wonderful spa !

not even possible to get better.

Bed comfort

Breakfast is never pleasant my third time staying here but breakfast is bad.

horrible, i will never book this stay again.

horrible staff. they do not listen. they were rude and did not give me a refund.

Good location, big room

Poor breakfast for Europeans , mediocre cleaning

Lovely Hotel, loved the family suit.

In the family suit, we needed three towels for three people staying. You only supply two. Toilet rolls we had to ring reception, no spare left. Extractor fan in the bathroom did not work.

I stayed at this hotel twice. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, high service.

Everything was good ??

During the all time Enginbey all the time were punctual. Fast response and understandable, he became the reason for our next visit to this cozy hotel.

friendly staff. clean room.

I asked for an ironing board and iron—they were all rusty and old and did not function properly.Breakfast - the limited options were disappointing. The boiled eggs were not in the best condition, some were dirty and broken. The coffee was not to my liking, leading me to purchase espresso coffee from the bar every morning. There is certainly room for improvement in these areas. I had to ask for the batteries for the TV and air conditioning to be changed, as well as the broken body shower container.

It was a convenience location for our conference venue.

The breakfast was not that of a 5 star hotel. The only tea offered was Turkish tea (no herbal teas at all!) and it was horrible. My colleague who had coffee the first day, opted to buy their coffee from the bar as it was terrible. Infact we only had breakfast there for the first couple of days and then we decided to go to a nearby coffee shop to get a proper breakfast. One of my colleagues did not even have toilet paper in her room when she arrived. She had to ask the receptionist twice for it. Another colleague of mine asked for an iron and ironing board. You would have thought that they have had it for 20 years or more - the iron board was broken and the cover rusted and torn and the iron leaked rusted water!!

Location was good. That's it

The room was not as expected. Elevators didn't work as efficiently. Housekeeping always delayed in requests. The iron set was burnt and rusted. The stains on the couch.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the receptionists were very friendly, polite and professional and helped is with all requests we had. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the Natural clinic and was ideal for us as we came for treatment. The shopping center , restaurants and cafes are within the walking distance from the hotel.

F&b staff needs a bit more of hospitality training and breakfast buffet can be better.

close to my target

did not have smoke location during rains
