The best place to stay the boy in the Reception are very kind and helpful

The hotel offers service far beyond its price. Most importantly, everything was perfectly clean.We accidentally selected the wrong dates during our hotel reservation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they kindly informed us and still provided us with a room. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was an old building and you had to pay again for breakfast

The hostel is very clean and comfortable. Especially the treatment of people is good and the location is important and good

The employees are kind and do everything they can, even if they don't understand your language, they use an online translator. The hotel was clean. It was cleaned every two days. Convenient access to the bus and metro. Special thanks to Mr. Imam Ali for her help.

There is a party hall next to the hotel, sometimes it was crowded and noise could be heard

The behavior of the staff was good

To put it simply, value for money. Location wise, a bit far from the main attractions, e.g., grand bazaar, blue mosque, etc. Main mains of transport, for someone like us (3 adults, 2 kids, x2 families), was taxi (which is a bit uneconomic). Apart form that, kids loved it, especially water park (Aqua Dolphin 16 mins away by taxi). Nearest shopping about 15 mins walk, its a bit hot, but enjoyable.

Its a good location, with lots of local shops, restaurants, burger king about 10 mins walk, but for someone like us with kids, it'd be more comfortable to stay closer to the main attraction sites. But then again, we could not find an alternative means of transport to get to the only Istanbul water park, except by taxi.

They don't have airport shuttle as advertised so had to get a taxiThey don't have laundry services as advertised The location is 1 hour away from Istanbul by metro bus so very inconvenient Take my advise and don't stay at this hotel. All false advertising and misleading

Staff attitude was excellent

Room only cleaned after 2 days. Light going off when in the loo.

I really liked the position of this hotel. It was very close to the many public transport routes. Easy to move across the city. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, ready to give a good advice about how you make visiting Istanbul more comfortable. Staff speak English and Russian well. I don't know about the other languages.

There are restaurant and children's play ground very near. Better to chose rooms in the upper floors, you can hear them at night. Wi-fi was slow, TV didn't work. Our flight back was on 23.06.23, midnight, we had to check-out 22.06.23, 1 pm. We asked to allow us to stay a few hours more, even we were ready to pay some money but we were rejected, despite the hotel wasn't over booked at all. We had to spent these few hours in the hall of hotel. At least, not in the street...

This is a very basic hotel. Facilities reflected on the price., cheap and cheerful. The room was very run down and could do with some repairs as there were a couple of unsafe flooring issues. On a positive not the staff were helpful. We were only there for one night. Be aware when you book its near Mosque and you will be woken up early with the sound of morning prayer

It's hard to say as I've mentioned the volue of the room reflects quality.

The hotel was ok for the money we paid and it was economic. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable. It was very close to convenience stores and public transport. It was ok for just sleeping.

it had very poor hygiene. The hallway that led to the rooms stinked with mold and the bed sheets were very dirty with spots of i don't know what!! The room they gave us was much smaller than the one in the photo we could barely move, although they had bigger rooms as well. There wasn't a double bed, but two singles with a mattress so it looked like a double! And there were no flip flops for the bathroom and when we asked for one they said they didn't have any!

Rooms could be cleaner. Plus room is tiny, bed is small & they don't provide any tea or coffee in the room. It's a bit noisy at night plus window doesn't close properly and you could hear people talking and yelling on the street.

Unfortunately I couldn't find any thing good for thebfirst time in my life.

Every year I am traveling to Pakistan, Colombia, Mexico, Turkey, USA etc. This hotel was the worst one without any doubt. Front desk seevice and attitude was terrible. Lobby wasn't clean also room wasn't clean at all. Molds were everywhere, room floor has bumps and holes, walls are covered with something, bed sheets also has hair and some stuff on top. I had to sleep on my towel. Also it was very noisy.

it is simple place has all necessary requirement; however, it needs Maintenace, some broken staff in the bathroom ect ,wall were not clean,reception and housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful i guess they have exceptional understanding and helpful staff especially Mr Yakob at the reception his devotion and perfect English added value ,Mr Murad in addition a very kind and professional head of housekeeping ,Mrs. Tulay.they made me feel comfortable and overcome the facilities other lacking staff and negative points like very small lift. over all good value for money.so thanks

If they could maintain and repair small things like a towel hangers, inn the bathroom and increase the short timer in the bath room light plus add a tray for shampoo and soap in the shower room, cover of the toilet were out. , clean or paint the wall near the bed .ect.

the hotel was poorly insulated. You could hear people walking in the hallway and sounds from every room. the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. had back pain every morning I got up and did not sleep well at all. the pillows were too big and hard. asked the staff if they had other pillows but they did not. the breakfast was very poor. they made it themselves and it was just eggs, cheese, tomato and cucumber. same every day.
