Helpful and kind staff, good food at the little restaurant. It was fine. Not terrible not great.

Bed hard, pillows flat, thin blanket that was like a sheet and didn’t cover two people. We were so cold. Could have been cleaner. Smudge on wall by light switch looked like chocolate or blood. I wiped it off easily enough so they could have done it but it was missed.

Best quality of the hotel was the location and its friendly staff that made the experience better. Always willing to accomodate every need we had. Thank you for the hospitality

Located within 10 minutes walk to the main old city landmarks. The surrounding streets are filled with other small hotels and restaurants, so many choices to eat. The view over the water was amazing too.

No lift, although I'm sure this is common in small hotels. Some noise on some evenings due to a bar\restaurant on ground floor. Some noise from the main road, but not an issue.

The bathroom is good. Very new and clean.

Very noisy in the night. Coz people drank and talked loud downstairs in the middle night. In the early morning, u can hear train sounds.

The staff made our stay in the hotel feel very comfy. The view is magnificent and worth every penny. The hotel is offers exactly what it says it will, but on top of that comes with a very hommy vibe, friendly people that are willing to make your stay better. On top of that we reached the hotel after midnight and they served us food and drinks for a very late dinner.

I can't really say I disliked anything.

Location is close to a lot of attractions

Very small hotel, no lobby to seat. If you want seat down to wait for your family they made you buy something to drink or eat. The staircase’s narrow & scary, not safe for old people & disability

The staff and restaurant were very good.The food is also very good at the restraunt.

We were in room 101. It was next to a kitchen. During the night when cooking is being prepared there was a lot of noise. The train tracks next to the hotel were also very loud when the train passed by. We booked this type of room because of the balcony and ocean view. We were disappointed because of the very limited view due to trees. The room was also out dated and the curtains were too short to block out light in the morning.I am not saying all of the rooms are like this. If we received a better room we would have wrote a better review.

Excellent location and the staff couldn't have done anything more to make sure that everything was perfect for my stay. It was also very convenient that they were able to arrange a day trip and my shuttle back to the airport. A+

I should have booked a longer stay. I hated to leave.

Little small No elevator

The view is breathtaking, the location is great. The bathrooms are very nice

The air conditioner is terrible.

No elevator but they helped with baggage. Great dinner and breakfast in the restaurant on patio with sea view. Drove us to cruise terminal way cheaper than taxi would have cost.

Charged us extra 20euro cuz we came a bit early…Room was extra small A cat in the room came out of nowhereNO WATER FLO.. couldnt even take a shower

The location was perfect for us . We had easy access to the walkway beside the sea and to the historic sights on our list.

The stairwell was a bit dark .
