Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Every time we entered the hotel main door, they asked if we'd like some freshly brewed tea and were very hospitable.Breakfast is prepared with attention to detail and cleanliness. Upon entering our room it was evident that care was taken in cleaning.I acidentally dropped the room key through the gap in the elevator and it wasn't an issue for staff, they gave me a spare key.The owner of the hotel offered us a lift to our next destination which was a nice gesture.

Breakfast is the same every morning and could have some hot food options to make it more interesting.The lady in charge of preparing the breakfast could be more friendly in her approach to make visitors feel comfortable.

The location was excellent for us and the breakfast was good, with great variety.

Location is perfect in terms of commute bybpuic transport, but always noisy due to main road.

The location is superb. There are tons of option for food, shopping, hair cut and general shopping. Bus and metro connections are just around the corner. Staff is super welcoming and tries to accommodate every requests. This hotel has elevator and having a great breakfast makes the whole day awesome. We will go there again and again. To go to blue mosque simply connect with two metro and it is super easy. You save both money and crowd of the touristic places by staying here.

Breakfast could be more diverse

It is a small family hotel, but it provides all the necessary services. A big light room, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. Great location, close to the metro station. Extremely kind and supportive staff. I would definitely recommend it to my friedns and colleagues who travel to Istanbul! And I myself would be glad to stay again there.

Everyone is friendly and wants to help you in one way or another. The room is very clean, large, spacious and equipped with everything you need.Congratulations to all the staff at this hotel!

Breakfast simple but good. salad leaves were provided, salad vegetables. Would have been nice to have more cooked breakfast choices as only hard boiled egg really, and different type white cheeses sometimes, different bread/pastry would have been nice (though there was a bakery right round the corner!). Friendly staff, hospitable, welcoming.Close to metro station, walking distance to high Street. Air con and WiFi were good.

The mattress of one of the beds was very uncomfortable, I developed temporary sciatica -like symptoms.

We love real schwarz cafe but there was only Nescafe. But that`s not a big problem. The tea was very good!

If you expect warmheartedness & like dairy products foods and variety vegetables, you must go to this hotel. The president of the hotel and other staff members were very kind as if we felt at home. Room were always tidy, clean and spacious. We paid a little more so we had a lot bigger room. It's a little lie, big enough to play soccer. Lots of trip to Spain, Italy, England, France, Bulgaria, Germany, Balkan peninsular nations, Denmark, Sweden and south east Asian countries etc. Kindness was the best. Thank you again for the Garden Hill Hotel that you gave us a wonderful remembrance.

If you open the window, It's a little noisy. But When you close the window, don't have problem sleeping at all.It's a little hard to access hotel from airport by public transportation. But you use airport bus to Kadikoy and take bus 14B, 14ES to Baglarici bus station then just a few steps to the the Garden Hill hotel.

The room was clean and spacey, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good too! I found it great to have tea and coffee in my room without paying extra! The staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was very good too!

It was a shame that the window handle was broken and the staff knew about it (it wasn't possible to close it properly). It should have been fixed a while ago. Nevertheless, they tried to fix it more or less when I told them about it...

In room was been not enough towels and blankets for all of us, but it resolved very quickly - so, it's really not critical

the hotel is in a nice location, 2 minutes walking distance from the metro and the staff are very friendly they welcomed me very well they helped me in everything thank you very much I came for business purpose and I can't wait to come again and this time I want to come with my family because this hotel family place is definitely for everyone I highly recommend it, thank you, goodbye to come back to the garden hill hotel
