Cleanliness. Room needed vac and dusting. Trash can was not empty. The breakfast room smelled tobacco. Also room temperature couldn't be controlled. Additionally, there were not enough coffee for two people.

the location

The cleaning was very bad , and the water has a strong clor smell , The heater in the bathroom has a problem, turning from hot to cold. There is no cooling in the rooms. It’s a Central heating. I cannot sleep because of the high temperature in the room

Was upgraded upon arrival free of charge for higher room class without any notice . The receptionists were always of utmost support and service. Always. The hotel itself is fully comfortable for business stay. The only thing to improve is maybe the breakfast selection

I don’t like anything

First is too far from any tourist attractions point in Istanbul the breakfast is so poor and also most of the food finishes quickly and they don’t add more and the wifi was poor all the time no tv channels

it is a good and clean hotel with very good price range ,

the location is bad for tourist , its only acceptable for buisness trips , also the showers in the toilets leaks alot of water in the bathroom floor i tried to change my room but i faced the same issue on the other room.

I recommend it for families, as it is a very safe place and suitable for everyone. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is excellent, better than hotel apartments or other hotels, and the prices are excellent. I would like to thank Khadija and the staff for their generosity and good reception.

The staff were all good, professional, in treating visitors, specifically (Ahmet) was very helpful, attending, polite and gentle

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ramada Encore with my family and I can confidently say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay, from the accommodation to the service, has exceeded my expectations. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great of wide varieties and allowed me and my family to start the day refreshed and ready to go.What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service provided by the staff. Every staff member I encountered was attentive and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the housekeeping, restaurant, or the front desk staff. Big specific thanks to staff members Dogukan and Hatice for making this stay a very great one.

The interior is very unique and modern. The food was great and had many traditional turkish food. The staff was nice and helpful.
