The sofa bed is horrible quality

Very comfortable with large nice rooms

Poorly coordinated check in process requiring us to contact the host upon arrival since no check in staff were present. A message with check in instructions on the day of arrival or day before arrival would be helpful. Lots of stairs with no elevator.

Clean

Did not have functioning electricity during my stay, I had to pack in a dark room early morning and night. The owner did not even try to compensate.

Everything was great, from the communication and assistance and cleanliness

It was hard to sleep over the weekend because of the noise coming from the bar next to the apartment

Great location, clean, comfortable and well thoiught out room, with little kitchen and seating area that was very convenient

you could hear everytime someone opened the downstairs main entrance and hear noise if someone was in the hallway

I have stayed here four times and I love it. Its a great boutique hotel, perfect amenities and the staff are very lovely and accommodating. I will stay here whenever I come to Istanbul.

Fantastic apartment, fresh and clean, very comfy beds. A/C worked well, the kitchen was equipped with a coffee maker and a fridge, and some minimal utensils. Enough space for two people and two luggage tables (very appreciated! Too often one doesn't know what to do with the other bag in the room and it keeps getting in the way.) The staff was very helpful and even accommodated our request to check in a little earlier. Tons of restaurants and cafes around the corner. On the weekdays, we did not hear any noise from the street nor the corridor.

Our apartments windows faced what looked like a squatters house (like 3 m away from our window). For safety purposes, a wire was stretched around our mini-balcony. Not that it ever felt unsafe but we had to keep the window blinds shut not to allow people to see into the apartment.On the weekends, some music could be heard from the bars downstairs even though the room's windows faced the courtyard. But this is the price one pays for staying so close to Istiklal street.

The location is perfect! It's nestled in a street bustling with swanky cafes and almost directly behind Istiklal street. It's also super close to the F1 Line that would take you to Karakoy from where you can easily take a tram to all the major attractions in Sultanamet. The suite was so well-designed and modern.

Pretty noisy at night. We were in the fourth floor and people getting up and down the stairs was kind of disturbing. Lack of an elevator could be a little bit of a turn off for some people. The view from the room that we ended up getting wasn't the best. We only stayed for a night so we didn't mind it too much.

Our booked apartment was fabulous until we experienced a leaking air conditioner on night 1. We were quickly offered and accepted a lesser apartment along with appropriate compensation.

Thoughtfully decorated, central location.

Due to the central location some evenings there was quite a bit of noise from the street below. We were so exhausted from our exploring it didn’t bother us (and I’m a light sleeper). Worth mentioning for some to consider.

Perfect location, elegant decor, spotlessly clean.

Wish they provided a capsule or two for their coffee machine and daily drinking water.

Excellent location next to Istiklal street and near the metro entrance. Everything was clean and prepared just as we asked. Plenty of tableware to prepare a meal and a hot drink. We really enjoyed the blend of rustic and modern elements in the decor.

Could use a rack or a mat to dry the dishes and a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes on.

The great thing about the property is staff.Unfortunately, it was outage. Staff wasn’t able to resolve the problem because problem was out of the property.And next day they refunded 100%, despite the fact we spent night in the apartment.I was absolutely surprised with such customer oriented approach. And now I want to say this apartment worth 100%, and this great staff.

It could be quite complicated to go up to 3-4th floor without lift

It was a little hard to find at first, but it's very convenient to go everywhere, and there are restaurants, drinks bar and a pharmacy downstairs. There is also a parking lot nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable, although there was a problem with the shower, but we didn't really care. The landlord is very nice and friendly! Highly recommended to stay

The room is cozy and well-furnished and the beds are comfy. Also, the place is calm being in the center of party life. The hotel is located next to the metro station, funicular and main sights. Good choice if you don't want to see as much sights in short time.

The view from the window. The next buildings are close to the window and someone lived there. But it didn't bother us much as you can close the curtains.

Pera Neuf was centrally located to all the key hotspots including the subway station. The facility was clean and great value for money! The staff specially Sinem was amazing and very helpful the entire stay!

Though I know it was a small apartment but a loft would have been great!

It was a pleasure staying at Pera Neuf. The room was comfortable and the stuff cleaned it every day except Sundays! Sinem was also very helpful and even let us check in and out according to our flight times. The location of the apartments is in the heart of Istanbul. Surely recommend staying here!

Just a note, that there is no elevator, mostly for elderly or dissabled persons.

Location, location, location. Perfect room. Easy to walk everywhere. Great food and bars nearby. Loved it.
