The hotel was in a very bad location with a lot of noise from the clubs that were right below. The cleanliness is insufficient. We received a dirty room. The cleaning lady didn't come unless you asked her to.I don't recommend it. I won't go again

Very kind and hospitable staff, they speak several languages so It was easy to communicate and there is always someone in the reception 24h. The hotel is very clean and in a very good location in the middle of Taksim and there are many markets, restaurants and cafes just near the hotel.

The noise from bars outside is a bit disturbing at night but it's something usual in Taksim.

There was no breakfast and no restaurant at all.

First of all for 4 days the room not cleaned and not changing the towels either. In addition they stole from my room some very expensive clothes and their answer was that their police is with the part of the hotel. And they avoid meeting us vefore we left.

This hotel is newly refurbished and offers clean rooms in a convenient location.

The reception staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming.One issue I encountered was the lack of a TV in my room initially. When I raised this concern with the reception, they initially claimed that their rooms don't come with TVs. However, they eventually agreed to change my room due to an issue with the AC unit, and to my surprise, the new room had a TV.Another problem I faced was with the AC units. It suddenly stopped working in the middle of the night. When I called the reception around 6am to get it fixed, the receptionist acted unprofessionally. They came up to my room, made a phone call, and started complaining about me in Russian, falsely accusing me of disturbing them throughout the night. In reality, I had only called once, and it was after 6am.Eventually, they moved me to a nicer room with a TV and a properly working AC. However, the inconvenience was that the AC could only be controlled from the reception. So every time I wanted to change the temperature, I had to call the reception.On a positive note, the lady managing the hotel made an effort to address the issues and was helpful. She did her best, and she was the only person who tried to be helpful during my stay.Lastly, bare in mind that the bar next door plays loud music and you could hear it from the room.

Very good hotel, seems to be almost newly renovated. Stylish design, clean rooms. Especially would like to thank the Russian speaking lady at the reception who was really friendly and helpful!

The noise of the bars and clubs near the hotel, despite the fact that the room is equipped with a double paned window. I think that all hotels in this location have the same problem

Convenient location, clean room, and friendly staff, which I needed from 2 nights stay.

It was noisy. They put me in a room facing to bavk, but I was on 1st floor, so all that talking happened in the lobby was echoing to my room. The room was really small, and I struggled to open my big luggage and stand next to it.

I like the fact that they hire the elderly for cleaning.

The receptionist who worked the night shift on 16 February (till 17 February early morning) wasnt helpful and he wanted me to pay cash when I just got to the country. Another thing is there was no flexibility from the hotel to give me a one-hour late checkout (unless paid) even though I arrived around 3 am.

The hotel is clean, and comfortable.located in the centre that make easy to facilitates transportation. staff are very responsive.

The location was amazing and the staff was super nice and helpful. The bathroom was nice and the room recently renovated and clean.

The rooms were extremely small.. almost tiny. We could not open any luggage but on the bed, we had to squeeze ourselves to walk around the bed. There was a small window without direct sunlight, making the room very dark as it was on the internal part of the building. We were at the 4th floor and the elevator works at its own will. Most of the times we had to take the stairs. The heat was a disaster. It had floor heating which could not be adjusted resulting in a sauna room. The temperature was above 40 degs and our bare feet could not stand the hot floor. We had to wear socks or shoes. The reception suggested to open the air-condition to cold in order to balance the temperature. However this made things worse. We had cold from above and heat from below. Crazy.. We had to leave the door and window open in order to lower the room temperature which then created issues of security and even louder noice from the bars around till the morning. The only storage space was under the bed and a small curtain wardrobe. We would not stay there never again. Overrated for its price and the reception did not offer any solution that could work. So bad to spend new years eve in Istanbul and not being able to have a proper sleep and stay.

Its a nice hotel with the best location.In the middle of everything.Just a few steps to the famous shopping Istiklal street and 2-3 min walk to Taksim square.Hotel is super clean and tidy .Room you can find with nice furniture and all the necessary things are provided.Amazing people on the reception are super helpful and they meet you with such positive vibes which makes your stay in Istanbul more remarkable.

Everything was cool there

Guys from reseption are really friendly. I forgot the toothpaste, they don't have oral care kits, but they gave me their toothpaste ). Overall hotel is clean and fresh. the location is near the main street with a tram

the street outside is noisy 24 hours and even if you close the window you can't make the silence. and rooms are very very small.

Hotel is extremely clean and new. Rooms are tiny. At night it is extremely noisy due to proximity to istiklal street. Hotel is very central to metro and restaurants. Staff speak English so its easy to communicate. Struggled to find the hotel the first night as the taxi dropped me off a few blocks away due to traffic, so I had to carry a very heavy bag while trying desorption find the place. Hotel does not do taxi or airport transfers.

Location is great and so convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the Manager Marina. Rooms are so clean and newly renovated.
