Endican Sultanahmet Hotel

Good location. Clean.

Small rooms. No counter space. Reused toilet paper from guests before.

Emrah, Alim and we forgot the other receptionist, however 3 of them are absolute welcoming, helpful and nice. They made us feel really good. Bed is comfortable and room is quite even though location is perfect and in a busy area. Totally recommend

Rooms are small, however it's normal in Sultanahmet.

The hotel is ideally located close to all the main tourist sites.It was clean and the staff were helpful.

Location was very close to city centre, we walked to most places. The staff were really helpful too.

It’s in a perfect location and very comfortable bed and clean hotel with good internet connection and tv with Netflix

The room size was small but it’s ok I asked the hotel to make the room special for a birthday surprise but was told no to do it myself I was disappointed with that

Excellent location. Very convenient to some major sites of Istanbul and if not there is public transit. Lots of restaurants and stores, even if tourist traps but it's convenient when you want to eat something. And staff, amazing. All were friendly and helpful, in particular I think his name is Imran. Highly recommend

The bed was too soft

All as it shows. Nice hotel very close to the bazaar and what do you what to see in the european side. Personal were very nice , especially the reception, he gave us a lot of info .Thank you!

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is spotless, located on a quiet, peaceful street, just a 3-minute walk to the tram—super convenient and close to everything. The location couldn't be better, and Mr. Alim made our trip unforgettable with his great recommendations for hidden gems and restaurants in Istanbul. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the room was cleaned daily. Highly recommend!

The team was very helpful and very decent and nice people especially Mr. Emran. Whenever we needed support they provided full assistance and very good recommendation for trips and travel agencies.

Location. 10/15 minutes on foot from main attractions

The room which was provided overlooked the inner courtyard which was ugly. The view from my window was a wall. Also in this courtyard there’s the A/C’ engine which was noisy all day and night long. The room was tiny and hot ( room temperature was around 26 Celsius every day) and the A/C didn’t work.The guys at the reception were tricky.

Our first visit to Istanbul and we are so glad that we made a last-minute change to book Endican Sultanahmet Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help organise excursions, including excellent airport transfers. The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city, with comfy rooms that provided a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Location good

Small rooms and not the quietest of rooms due to busy street

The hotel staff were very accommodating and were always on hand to give good recommendations, help and advice. The front of house staff, particularly the manager was very attentive, useful and kind. The property was 2mins walk from the tram and outside multiple restaurants and the market. Making out trips nice and convenient to get to places.

We were a family of 3… they gave us a smaller room for the two sharing and the bigger bedroom to the single person in the group (not sharing the room) which didn’t make sense. Since we both paid extra.. the same price for a bigger room - so this is the only criticism.

Excellent location! We return to istanbul regularly and this is the best hotel we have stayed in terms of location, the grand bazaar is a short 5min walk and the mosques approx 5/10mins Staff are very friendly.,Amin (i think if i remember correctly) was especially friendly. There is a supermarket across the street which is open till 11pm every night!

Rooms are pretty small, if you have 2 large cases would be limited for room.,we had only 1 case so was okCleaner starts cleaning and banging around from before 8am so can be a bit annoying if your trying to get some sleep

Staff were welcoming, caring and so helpful, even called me at 2am on my arrival in Istanbul to ensure that I found the hotel transportation at the airport and was en route to hotel. I really felt like I was in safe hands.My room was spotlessly clean which enhanced the coziness. This is one feature of hotels that usually gives me anxiety, whether or not it will be clean, but this hotel was at the cleanliness standard that I desire. Size was smaller than usual, but that's the average in Suntanahmet area. Iron not in the room but available when requested.Location was perfect ?? I walked everywhere and saw everything twice. Close to most of the major attractions, metro stop is a few steps away, grocery/parking garage across the street, food is everywhere (hotel doesnt serve breakfast but I didn't miss it because as soon as I stepped outside there's food). Istanbul is beautiful and addictive, I'll definitely go back, and Endican will always be my choice to stay. Do not hesitate to book with them.

There were two small things to note: the hotel doesn't provide shower cap, so walk with one if you need...and the room safe didn't work.Not a negative for me, but just to highlight that the double room was two single beds pushed together (with that indent in the middle) and the blanket was also two single pieces, each covering one side of the bed. Ok for solo traveller but might be lacking for couples/family.
