The staff was really good: professional, friendly, good work ethic, and efficient. The king suite was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very good. Housekeeping was excellent and accommodating. And there were several good restaurants a short walking distance away. And there was a spare market closeby.

One elevator was troublesome and shaky for a week or 10 days, but they finally got it working better. The gym was ok, but lacking some equipment and it was very hot. The parking was a hassle at times.

The hotel was easy to find and easy to approach. The stuff was nice and spoke very good english.

There was less information about facilities and the hotel room was entered from the personal without infoming me and agains my wish not to clean the room.The nearby areas is very poor and not good maintained.

Good location in the asian part of Istanbul, close to metro and bus station. Plenty of restaurants around, and Istanbul City Mall in a walking distance. Very clean and well maintained, helpfull staff that really did their best to make our stay more pleasant. Great room at 9th floor, modern furniture, big comfortable bed. Good breakfast with various and plenty to choose options. Our stay here for 2 weeks was very inspired. Hope to see you soon. Best regards?

Please make some ready to be served salads. You offer many varieties of vegetables, so some good salads can be made.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast. No smoke smell was a major plus for me.

Heat was not working properly, the food in the restaurant is not good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The building is new, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and always eager to accommodate any request. A special mention to the lady who cleans the rooms – she does an amazing job and is so kind and friendly. I stayed here after my surgery, and everyone was incredibly helpful during my recovery. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Also, don’t miss out on the chef’s amazing soups.

Very nice hotel with good Family room. Modern and proper interior and facilities. Friendly staff. Enough shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

I have paid for the king bed media room, well, its not like the pictures, its just a regular room with an extra chair, in the pictures it shows a couch. Anyway this is not the problem.I opened the room and it was really warm, I turned the AC and waited for it to cool down. But the AC kept shutting off. I called the reception, they said they have control from downstairs and that they will force turn it on. I said ok and its true they did turn it on. But same issue, kept turning off. One guy came to my room to check, and he couldn't figure it out. And because it was in the evening, He said he cant change the room as they are fully booked, and the maintenance team will come tomorrow morning. And that he will keep turning it on every 5 minutes from his controls so i can fall asleep. Of course he tuned it on 1 time and when it shut off he never put it back on. I have to sleep in the heat. So first night was dreadful.The next day when i was leaving the room he said the maintenance team is here and will be working on it. So when i came back in the evening he said all was fixed and good. I went to my room and well what do you know, same issue. I told him please change the room. So they did. But the room was a regular small room with 2 single beds joined together. Not what i paid for.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Taxis were booked for us and additional assistance was provided. Ayup in particular was very helpful.

The location was a bit noisy at night.

Hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast and fitness facility. Room was clean and big enough. Bathroom was clean. Complimentary water available in the room. Fridge and iron in the room. Hotel surrounded by places to eat and shops.

The hotel is really tidy and pleasant. I had two large windows in my room so it was quite bright and sunny. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated my requests for early check in, were very approachable and nice.

The neighborhood was not to my liking, but overall ok.

The Hotel does not want to provide invoices. I had to go through the customer service of Booking.com to get an invoice after four days.

Not much, it was not a comfortable stay for me.

AC was not working, both in room and in lobby as well. Breakfast was horrible too. Totally not worth the money spent.

the bathroom is not separate from the room which makes using the bathroom/sink noisy for the other person that could be sleeping

It was close to our office and had an acceptable price. clean room, friendly staff and some nice restaurants around the corner.

Booked a King suit for 4 person. During check in personnel struggled to find a room with 4 beds. Finally a room named "fitness room" is given with non comfortable extra 2 beds. Room had 2 TVs with one remote controller.

The room was pretty clean, close to the office I need to visit (from other points of view - average)

Poor breakfast, once we had the lunch included to the meeting - also very bad quality.Location is in asia side and pretty strange. One time I went to roll around and it felt a bit dangerous
