The room disaster, the food disaster

It's nearer to all facilities around...the cleaning lady did our bedroom very well...the bed was comfortable. But there was a strange noise of hammering all night till late in the morning around 3 am it was scary

I didn't like the welcome that we got... Upon check-in I came to the guy and say hello we have booking he asked what's the problem inside there's no problem we are checking in...then he said it's his last work day etc...?...There was only 2 friendly staff the others not friendly at all not welcoming.

Beds were comfortable, the room was spacious. Breakfast was abit basic but good.

I was on the top floor and the hot water would play up sometimes. Internet wasnt the best. Lift only goes up to level 5 so you have to walk up stairs if youre on the top level. I didnt like the location, would find it hard to catch a taxi sometimes. Alot of traffic around this area too

Good location.

The breakfast was very poor.We asked if we can stay couple hours more,of course,we will pay extra,but they refused because they were fully booked,but it was almost empty.There are a lot of hotels in this area and I think they should change their attitude if they want to keep their customers.We went 8 times to Istanbul in last 4 months and this was the worst hotel,that we ever had.

Location only

No daily housekeeping as said in booking, even when they clean they didnt wash dishes, clean stove top, bathroom and change bed sheets.

Nice hotel with good location.Staff are friendly and very helpfull.

Very affordable for a short stay, the staff are polite and helpful, great location in Nişantaşı, close to metro.

It could be cleaner or, more like, better maintained. I stayed there twice and the second time I got a room in a better condition, I guess I was lucky. WiFi is wonky.

Nice neighbourhood but messy hotel with noisy toilet, bad ventilation, no air conditioner, dirty walls. The price was a bit too high for this time of the year and such conditions but the location was great.

Cleaning bad , no change for linen or cleaning tools.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and bug, the area is so good, on of the best to stay in Istanbul, also service was nice.

Central location

- Difficult to access due to very tight roads- Poor service- No cleaning of room all 3 days- Poor fit out in bad condition (broken furniture, broken bathroom lightning)- Dirty furniture (couch full of dirt and wholes from cigaretes- Poor bed linnen- Very noisy ventilator in bathroom

the only positive thing about this hotel is stuff in the reception and convenient location.

Property was overpriced as it was high season in Istanbul. so I paid for 10 nights in advance but when I reached the hotel I couldn’t believe my eyes. My bed was full of long black hair and dirty spots. Same situation with shower and towels, I found that hair on my body after using their towels. They didn’t provide a blanket just very tiny sheet. The bedside table was full of garbage they didn’t bother to throw it out. Housekeeping would enter my room without knocking the door even. The window in my room was broken so at night it was impossible to sleep as my room located next to the main road there. Honest review I had terrible experience and checked out in 2 days as the property is in unacceptable condition. Even tho it’s 3 starts hotel, this should not be the case. Basically I just wasted my money. The only positive thing in the hotel were stuff in the reception very good people. always smile and help.

awful. dirty. disgusting.

this place is full of cockroaches and mold, smells like cigerrettes and sheets and towels have stains. it was disgusting. there were cigarrette butts in the elevator that barely fits 2 people. staff are rude.

Great hotel location and great staff. Large bathroom.

In a room with a terrace, pigeons do not let you sleep at night.

Wi-Fi was horrible. There was some kind of animal trapped in the walls. Staff not very helpful.

so empity room no coffe kettle inside the room at leastno car park , the close car park expensive !

The location is perfect, to feel all the hustle and bustle of the city.

The bedsheets, towels and pillows should have been renewed long ago.

Nothing at all

Kept me long time at the reception until they allocated a room for me, the room he gave me was on 6th floor where there was no elevator for, had to climb up one floor with two heavy luggage.The room was very noisy, could not sleep well at night.The room price was written at the reception,when I asked why so much difference to the price I am paying, they replied we pay too much commision to booing.com.The exchange rate they used to calculate the room price was quite different than the real market. Overall they were not honest, tried to get as much more money as they possibly could.I do not recommend this hotel at all.
