The host ks very humble & cooperative. Cleaniless is very well maintained. Location is near important sites about 15 minutes walk.

Wifi was spotty at times.

We had a great stay! Eyup was super helpful, he found 2 rooms for us on the same floor, arranged our airport transfer, and was always quick to assist with anything we needed.

Distance to public transport is a bit far, around 10-12 minutes walk to the nearest station.

Clean, great staff, did a wonderful job organising a birthday surprise in the room, good location, comfortable bed… overall an excellent stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Otoman Boutique Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive — a special thanks to Servet, who was especially kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.I was allowed to check in earlier than expected and was also granted a late check-out beyond the official policy, which I greatly appreciated. These thoughtful gestures made a real difference.The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The interior scent was pleasant and added to the overall charm. Every detail, from the decor to the service, exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend Otoman Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Rooms are clean and gorgeous! Also very affordable for the central location, well connected and the managers are very kind and understanding!

Received a very warm welcome from the front office manager Mehmet Görül and treated us with very good traditional turkish coffee and baklava as we waited for our room ro be ready. Location is very convenient as the hotel is beside the tramline T1 with which you can get anywhere in Istanbul. Also beside there are many not expensive restaurants and coffee places. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so that we slept very well. Also the shower was very clean and big. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!! Teşekkür ederim!!

Everything was pretty good , Perfect location amiddel Istanbul ( tram is only 5 Min on feet with very good LFD ) , Aya Sofia , Sultan Sulaymen Palace , Sultan Ahmed Museum , Egyptien Market , Grand Bazzar , Eminõnö , Galata Towr ... Imagine those are all on feet within walking distance ( from 5 to 25 min .. on feet )

From the start we were treated as valuable guests. Our room was upgraded because the manager thought we would be more comfortable. Masud did everything and above to make us feel at home. Well done, mate.

I don't think for the price we paid we could find any better place in Istanbul.

Mehmed and all staff was super. Location good. Very clean, every day change towels and cleaning room. Price ok.

Took money for parking. There was a food smell in room every day. Shower don't work properly.

Rooms were very beautiful and clean, beds very comfortable. Area was good, a lot restaurants and shops. Manager was also very nice person and very polite. All the people in hotel were very good.

I didn't like only that almost whole night there was some very big noises like someone is dropping something very heavy, i couldn't sleep until 3 am noises were very very loud and literally can't even stay calm because u get scared every minute. Maybe it was only that night they fix something or idk but it was very difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC and wifi both worked very well. It's a great location cause you can get deals from non tourist stores, but is only about 4 blocks away from the train. It was close to multiple shops, restaurants and a cash exchange place so it was very convenient. I would highly recommend.

The staff is super helpful, the rooms look exactly like the pictures, everything is new and clean, and they make sure everything stays clean every day! The staff told us our room is near a school and the first one to the lobby so it might be noisy and they offered us rooms on the other side where It should be more quiet, and they cost a little bit more, but we decided to stay in ours, and it was all good. All in all, great value for the money! Neighborhood has everything u need!

The only small thing is the shower "phone" was a little off, but the big one above was good, so, that's an easy fix, other than that, all good! Great place! ?

Great central location with most areas accessible nearby. Uphill climb to reach the nearest tram station, Grand Bazaar entrance very close and lots of shops in the area. An excellent patisserie down the street from the hotel. Staff always helpful and tend to any needs, available 24/7 and always happy to help. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is down a quiet side road so almost no street noise.

It was wonderful ambience with calm surroundings in the heart of the city. 8 mins walk to grand bazar and tram station. Very helpful staff particularly Mr Mehmat
