I really liked the location — probably the best spot in the Taksim area!

I couldn’t manage the room’s air conditioning myself. The temperature was fine,, but in the evening my baby needed a bit more warmth. I contacted the reception twice, and they kindly adjusted the heating for us. Many thanks to them for their help!

Location is perfect.. in the heart of Istiklal street surrounded by all types of restaurants & cafes and the main shopping street. Also very close to all types of transportation that takes you to wherever you want to go

The hotel is in a prime location literally a few steps from Istiklal street. The rooms are small as the hotel is in an old building but the beds and bathroom are reasonable. Great value for money!

Some more space to move around in the family room would have been great. Also, dustbin should be there in the room and water bottles should be provided daily by house keeping.

Very central to a big shopping street and lots of cafes, great location. I left my phone in a taxi on my first night arriving there, and Serkan and Maryam were so kind and helpful. They really calmed my nerves about it (and I did get my phone back!). Wonderful hospitality from the staff here, feels like your home away from home.

Room quite small but good quality for the money

Very central. Helpful, and kind hotel personnel. Very good quality/price option. Perfect to spend the whole day visiting and just sleep there. Very central however pretty calm. No noise from the street.

One could tell that the spaces had not been renovated / fixed in quite some time. Some pieces of furniture were broken. Cleaning could have been better done (sock under the bed).

There is no much facilities

Reception staff - the girl. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She gave me adaptor and hired a taxi for me very quickly. She was nice.

Smoking smell and polluted air.The reception lobby area (closed) was full of people smoking. The street as well. The smell was in my room on the fourth floor! And you can imagine the situation. I suffer from migraines and this triggered it. There is a construction work in front of the hotel and they start very early in the morning (wasn’t informed by staff).From inside it was old and dirty. Especially the bathroom. I couldn’t use the shower as there was mould on the edges.It’s not the property itself but I hired a taxi as been told he is a hotel staff with fixed rate 1100 only with no additional fees. When the driver arrived said there’s machine charge 50-70 Turkish lira (which we all know there isn’t) but I agreed because I had no time.When we arrived to airport, he said it’s additional of 150 Turkish lira. I called the hotel receptionist and she spoke to him changed it to 54!I have bad experience generally with drivers as they are liars. But thought because he is hotel staff will be honest.Please use only uber or bistaksi and don’t trust drivers no matter what they say.

Clean rooms and a safe and perfect location to stay in, with very lovely staff, especially (Maryam). She’s very friendly and kind, and she helps us with everything. I will definitely be back.

Facilities are very very old and in poor conditions. For example broken toilet seat, dusts over the fan shades, bed sheets and pillows…
