We wanted a nice end to our trip, so we booked a spa hotel, expecting the facilities to be included, as they usually are in other Istanbul hotels I've stayed at. However, upon arrival, we found out there was an extra charge. At first, I was quite upset, but after messaging the hotel, they handled it amazingly. They not only apologised but also gave us exclusive access as a goodwill gesture - something we had never experienced before! The staff member who helped us Kadri was incredibly kind. Later, I checked their website and saw that the extra charge was clearly stated, so it was actually my mistake for assuming otherwise. If you're booking, just be aware of this to avoid any surprises. Overall, the hotel was good - nothing extraordinary, just a solid and comfortable stay.

The front desk manager Ufuk was excellent at accommodating all our requests and so very helpful. The staff is attentive and available to help no matter how big or small the request. The location is walking distance to the tram, restaurants, shopping and mosques in the area. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of options to choose from. We received special spa pricing and enjoyed our hamam and massages at the hotel! Located 15 minutes by tram from the Galataport.

The room and the hotel itself look a bit shabby, the photos are more shiny than in reality. The towels also left much to be desired.The beds are very small, it was not very comfortable to sleep.

The staff and location were brilliant.

That the taxi couldn't get to the hote due to the no- car zone in the times we neededl. But with that said, the staff made it a non-issue and it really didn't matter. The rest was awesome. No complaints at all.

The staff was very friendly, accommodative and helpful. They made us feel at home and treated us with send off gifts as well as a nice cup of coffee. It is in a quieter street but close to tram station and main attractions in the old town.

had an amazing stay at the Pell Palace Hotel in Istanbul! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it super easy to explore the city. The facilities were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained.We did have a small issue with the shower room, but the staff handled it wonderfully. I mentioned it to the front desk, and within 15 minutes, the problem was completely resolved. Huge thanks to Ufisk, Ayes, and Can, who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality really stood out!Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it!

The staff were immediately so welcoming and warm. Ferdhi is a muscle man! He carried our bags up and down the hill like a legend and made us so many cups of tea. Mevlut was so lovely and made sure we had everything we needed, it was wonderful getting to know him. Kaan is a champion, always ready with the coffee on our early mornings, walked us to a market shop and showed us how to use the metro. The hotel itself was in a perfect location for everything, the room was clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast was amazing and fresh, with local food showcased. Reception contacted us before we came and organised the airport transfer. Our holiday in Istanbul was made stress free and so much fun thanks to this hotel and the people that work there.

The location was superb . Two blocks from the major sites .

The road in front of the property was closed to taxi /passenger vehicle traffic on weekdays from 9 - 6 .

Great location and distance to public transport links and tourists attractions and sights. Breakfast spread was good, rooms were comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly.

Not much soundproofing, could hear the people in the room next door chatting away all evening.

The location was great, walking distance to everything. Staff were personable although a little scattered. Nothing was too much troubleAll in all, would definitely recommend.

Customer service and strange intimidation at the end of our stay when we said we weren’t satisfied.Poor standard of airport transfer provided by hotel - expensive and did not drop us at the hotel.Asked for a double and were given a twin room.Water wasn’t replaced throughout our stay.Standard of rooms was shabby and view from room was dirty and unpleasant.

Great room, lovely breakfast room with good range of mostly Turkish breakfast. Nice little reception bar/ coffee area. Great central location for tourist spots and local shops / restaurants. Good value and very helpful staff.

Lovely spa facilities but even at half price offered to guests too expensive so didn’t use them. If they were more reasonable would definitely used them daily. Hot breakfast food not kept hot. Balcony view was a bit disappointing but that was due to the surrounding dilapidated properties. Not really somewhere to sit and enjoy the view!
