Staff very Friendly. They support very well. Front office very supportive. Specially Mr. Smile. Food was great. Full of verities. Overall great stay.

A perfect stay.I really appreciated the helpful and kind staff. My room view was stunning, which made my stay feel extra special. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Everything was excellent!

Gorgeous view over the Bosphorus, Galata in the distance and the bridge. Good breakfast, food good variety. The room was good and bathroom was clean.

Beds were quite uncomfortable but nothing too bad. AC controls were limited. Lift is small so watch out if you have lots of luggage with you. It is quite noisy from the street, to be taken into account of you cannot fall asleep easily.

Nothing, very disappointed

The entire hotel was under renovation, with loud construction noise on all floors. They were removing walls right next to my room. After I complained, they moved me to another room, claiming it would be better — but it was even noisier, and the room next door was also under renovation. Additionally, the new room had mold. Nothing was like the listing. Completely dishonest and unlivable.--------------------------------------REPLY TO THE PROPERTY'S REVIEW:--------------------------------------First of all, it was your responsibility to clearly state on Booking.com that there would be renovation work during my stay. Not informing guests in advance was misleading and dishonest.You mentioned offering an upgrade — but even the upgraded room had mold, and the room next to it was also under reconstruction, making it very noisy and uncomfortable.And regarding the so-called lunch: I was never offered any "personal lunch" by your staff, and I certainly never ate anything from you. We always ordered from restaurants or ate outside. I have no idea what you are talking about.This was my last time staying at your hotel.

breakfast isn’t bad

Conservative values are fine — until they start ruining hotel service Apparently, this is a very conservative hotel. I have nothing against that in principle — until it starts affecting the service.The morning manager at reception has the warmness of a customs officer. No smile, no empathy, no basic communication skills. You’re just a room number, not a guest.But the evening shift took it further. I experienced a very strange situation: I was denied access to my room with a friend. I’m not gay, but for the first time I truly felt what it means to be on the receiving end of homophobic behavior. After that, I honestly did not feel safe staying at this hotel.Also: I checked the hotel policy, there’s nothing that says guests aren’t allowed to have visitors.Other issues? Sure. The hot water disappears after a few minutes , tiny boiler, I guess. It’s not a shower, it’s a race.I’ll admit: breakfast is decent, and the staff kindly offered Turkish coffee, even though it wasn’t included. Well, something has to go right at this place.All in all - this was my first and only unpleasant experience in an otherwise amazing city. Shame.

very kind and helpful staff at the reception, clean and tidy facility, location could not be better, everything is close to you... excellent and large terrace on the top of the facility from which you have a view of the entire city. BEST TEA IN THE CITY

It was my second stay at Biter and I generally enjoy this hotel a lot. It’s a bit out of the way but close enough to Eminonu. I like the tea 24/7, nice spacious room (mine had view to Suleymaniye mosque), decent breakfast. The staff was helpful.

My only concern is WiFi; somehow it’s highly unstable, very strange in today’s world.

Good location, close to the spice bazaar and to a bus station. Good for the price we paid, tasty and varied breakfast.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was good, and the parking was great. The location was also convenient. I would definitiely recommend Biter Hotel.

WiFi did not always work for me.

Hotel staff is very friendly. View from the windows and roof terrace is fantastic. Heating is also excellent. Breakfast is solid. Location is good.

The internet is not very good. Sink in the bathroom is too low and not functional. Hygiene could be better. One closet is too small for 3 people.

Love it, it's near to the bus station, the room is clean, the staffs are very friendly, breakfast is good, I will for sure come again!

the breakfast was amazing, fresh turkish home style food, buffet. perfect for a tiring early morning moves. The rooftop seating area served us well, we went up multiple times to just have some late night drinks and enjoy the view of Istanbul from early morning and late nights.

the facility is kind of old, but i mean i cant complain - we knew that it was not a 4 star hotel.

I really liked everything, the hotel is very well located and there is a lot of public transport nearby, the views from my room to the Soulemaniye Camii were amazing, the breakfast is very very good and above all the whole team makes a real difference to other even more expensive hotels. Thank you very much for the help in everything I needed, thank you Safan, Nurgu, Yossuf, Sukru, Lutfi and thank you Cafer for all the moments we spent together. We will see you again at Biter Hotel.

The hotel closer to every thing in istanbul like 1km to Eminonu

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel :) The breakfast is spectacular! Room was very clean, warm (it was cold autumn), great water pressure in the shower. Staff is very welcoming! Recommended:)
