The breakfast was wonderful, with an excellent view and a great variety of food.The staff were very kind and even taught us how to enjoy chai and Turkish coffee, which made the experience extra special.

cleanliness of the room.The rooms are not cleaned properly. The glasses for tea and water are not washed properly. Even though we booked a room for 3 people, there were only 2 glasses and 2 bowls in the room. And we had to ask again everyday

First night it was over booked, hence needed to stay at the sister hotel - which is just 100m around the corner and ok. It was very nicely compensated and staff was super supportive

The stay was short as we were just doing a layover, but everything was excellent. We received an upgrade to a corner room, and the view was beautiful, thanks to the friendly staff who upgraded us. The breakfast was superb, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. They even served us some Turkish tea with lemon after breakfast. The view from the breakfast area was also worth mentioning. You can see the bridge, Hagia Sophia, and a wide view overlooking Istanbul. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Hagia Sophia. For the price, we could not ask for anything more, thus the 10 rating review.

Good staff, great view from the breakfast dining terrace and good breakfast selection as well. Manager at the restaurant is very good and helpful

This hotel is excellent on many fronts. The location is amazing - just 5 minutes from the Haiga Sophia, Basilica Cistern, The Blue Mosque and the Bazaar. Amazing view from the Rooftop terrace bar / restaurant. Really lovely and helpful staff, and the breakfast which was included in the rate was great. My room was small but clean and comfortable. Great bathroom with decent lighting. Excellent aircon and in-room facilities (hair-dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc). Loved this hotel! Would definitely stay again - excellent value.

Only small things - would have been great to have had a box of tissues in the room and a better selection of fresh fruit at breakfast.

The superior room is smaller than standard. It's superior as it faces the mosque.

We found them all to be clean, spacious, and well-lit.The hotel staff is truly amazing. They are consistently very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help guests. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, Hasan, for giving us such a wonderful welcome.This is our second stay at the hotel, and we will absolutely be back!

Excellent staff, very nice room, outstanding location

Room was large enough for us, great location walkable to top highlight of Istanbul. 10 minutes to Grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, some beautiful parks, and all the trains, tram and buses. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

My mom and I visited Turkey together for the first time, and staying at this hotel made our trip truly unforgettable. From the very first day, the staff made us feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. They helped us choose safe excursions and were always kind, warm, and ready to assist with anything we needed — their sincerity really touched us.Our room had a breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia, and the rooftop café offered both delicious food and an incredible panorama of the city.We were deeply impressed not only by the receptionists but by every single person working at the hotel. Their warmth and hospitality made our first visit to Turkey feel like home.

The staff makes you feel like a family service is top notch. The two gentlemen at reception Mohammed bey and other person was really helpful and accommodating. Hasan Bey at the restaurant will take care of your every need during breakfast. You get down from the hotel and you are literally at the Sultanahmet Square and Hagia Sophia.

The location is great. The Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia are just a couple of minutes' walk away. The breakfasts were outstanding and the staff were great. Eggs cooked to order and plenty of other choices. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. The room had a safe and a minibar. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were provided. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The room lighting could be switched from blue to white lights.

My first room was 104 and it was a little stuffy. The air conditioning wasn't working after a couple of days. They offered to move me to another room, 210. This room was much cooler. I didn't need the air conditioning though it did work in this room. The reception staff did a great job of solving a minor issue.
