Stayso The House Hotel

Amazing hotel Clean rooms Super quiet Professional staff

It is a great location and maybe the best money/value property in Istanbul, nevertheless the location is not near the city center and you will loose a lot of time and money for taxis. I can only recommend it to business travelers or people arriving by car who want to drive to the city center.

I liked the room décor .it was spacious and well decorated. The staff were willing to help, and I enjoyed staying in the room.

There was no hot water I could not have a shower and I complained twice. Eventually, they said it was a pipe problem!!The location is good for walking along the shore, but really bad if you want to be close to the city center and the hub.

New hotel so things are nice andClean and modern.

The hotel rooms even though it was non smoking rooms had strong cigarette smell. Not sure if it was because the windows were left open after house keeping. However it smells from day 1.Toilet wasn’t that functional for sharing with friends because there is no space or area to hang your clothes to change and towel for shower as the hooks are outside the shower room.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Staysso The House Hotel. The hotel is stylish, clean, and located in a perfect spot in Beyoğlu. But what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from Silen. She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Silen went above and beyond in every interaction—always smiling, always helpful, and genuinely caring about guests’ comfort. Her warm personality and exceptional hospitality were the highlight of my stay and made the whole experience unforgettable.

Honestly, everything was great. I had no issues during my stay.

Great staff mostly.Elegant hotel design. The valet service is awesome.

The rooms are very very small. Breakfast could be more versatile.

Attentive staffs( Selin, Bûlent, Daniele, Volcan at front desk and Abu-bakr at roof garden) and also complementary upgrademade a great stay for me.

The view from my room and all the garbage that was so visible

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made me feel truly cared for. The café and the terrace restaurant offered great food and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the comfortable coworking area — perfect for getting things done while traveling. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was comfortable. Clean, spacious and well decorated rooms. The restaurant on the rooftop was really good with amazing food.

Everything was fine. The only thing to keep in mind is that the metro station is far, but public bus was very efficient. The bathroom is a bit complicated if traveling with a friend as there is no privacy and all is separated.

Very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean and new.

Staff, staff, staffIt’s all about staffVery friendly and very helpful especially the reception staffSmiling always I will revisit Stayso hotel

It was very clean, polite staff, good room size, good resturant on the 5th floor.

The Turkish breakfast was good, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. However, we would have preferred a buffet or at least some variation each day, as eating the exact same items for seven days became a bit repetetive.

The hotel was modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful—always ready to assist with our random questions and needs. The food at the on-site restaurant was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

It's not very close to the city center, but it's easily accessible by bus in about 30 minutes.

Clean, tidy, nice decoration.

The breakfast was not that good but it was ok.

Everything was exceptional.

Amazing staff, great room, lovely restaurant as well. So quiet too!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel at the reception—he was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and perfectly located. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thanks again, Daniel!
