Nice and clean apartment, quiet location. We enjoyed our stay; the staffs were very welcoming, helpful, and kind. Big thanks to hotel employee they Allowed us to stay for additional 3 hours after the checkout time because of medical health issues.

I stayed at this hotel for one week. Everything was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the service was great and always on time, and the hotel reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and if I come back again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more.

I liked the comfort of the beds. It was very convenient to have free parking on the site. Having 24 hours front desk service is a bonus. The staff was very kind and helpful. We felt very safe in the area and well looked after by the hotel staff. Now we know where to stay in Istanbul for our future visits.

It would be good to have a Turkish style built-in-bidet in the toilets (they were changed to handheld bidet by the management). We did not expect that and it was very inconvenient for my elder mother and she could not stay at the hotel. She went to stay at her friends. Beside that we liked everything.

We loved our stay at princess residence. The staff are friendly and hospitable helping with our bags and calling us a taxi on departure. I'm not sure if all 2 bedrooms are this big but our apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Comfy beds too. We only stayed one night due to its proximity to SAW airport so was a good stopover but would have been happy here for longer. It has a great terrace for capturing some morning sun too.

The hotel was clean and very well furnished. The staff were friendly specially Ahmed at the reception. There was daily cleaning upon request

The location was almost 2hours away from city center and had no access to public transport. The district was not clean full of rubbish and dirty everywhere.

Locatiion is good, its very clean and people are very kind. Rooms are big very comfortable, has two bathrooms its very comfortable when you travel with your family and kids.

The property is spacious and very clean , Location is 30 min from Sabiha airportThey have upgraded my two bedrooms to three bedrooms for free

There is nothing around , no shops an walking in the neighborhood you have to take your car, It was a bit noisy, I would be great if they upgraded the windows to phonetic isolation type

The place was beautiful, beautiful, exceeding expectations, having a full kitchen and washing machine. Much larger than other places. Hadar and the other service desk persons were very helpful, worked 24 hrs/day and spoke English. The cleaning staff cleaned daily and showed us how to run the washing machine. A Carrefours and other grocery stores were a short 12 minute walk away. Food delivery was available for foreign numbers via the Getir app, and the staff would let them deliver to the room for cash payment.

Honestly, we can't think of anything we did not like.

The thing I liked most were the reception staff, especially the one named Ali. He was friendly, cheerful, and smiling. He gave me an upgraded room because I didn’t like the room I booked. Also, when I left the hotel, the receptionist was very cheerful and welcoming. His name was Haider.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Princes’ Residence in Istanbul. The place is not only beautiful but also incredibly clean and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for.A huge thank you to Orhan and the entire staff—they were beyond helpful, always friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference and created such a warm, comfortable atmosphere.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. You’ll feel at home while being surrounded by excellent service and a peaceful, stylish setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing staff, parking was easy, cleaning services provided appropriately. Staffed helped with ordering foods and such, which was very kind and amazing. Peaceful and quiet area. For me, customer service is very important, the staff were 10/10. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I will highly consider this residence again.

It was one of the best places where we have stayed in Istanbul. So clean and well equipped. Everything is available for you. Housekeeping is ready everyday to clean your apartment and even change the sheets, exactly like a hotel. 24 hour receiption do your requests fast. They all are so polite and help you kindly. We wanted them to turn on the heating after the weather become cold, it was done earlier than an hour. In addition we arrives very early about 7 a.m., they accept us warmly. Finally we left there with a delicious gift from the man who i forgot to ask his name. Thank you to make our stay a sweet memory.

The apartment is modern and well equipped for family. It is cleaned up every day. The staffs are supper friendly.

The front-door staff were very responsive, responsible, respectful and kind

the cleaning staff were not doing a proper job, skipping tasks, not showing up. Had to ask every time to change sheet while they were supposed to do it themselves every three days. Never was done without asking when it was a day late.

All was perfect, clean, and good for family. staff was helpful.
