The One who did check in for me i asked for wifi password then he told me come to lobby i told. You should send someone to fix simply he reply i have none to send ?!!!Unfortunately he was very tough Also no teaspoon in coffee area inside room

I had a previous experience with you five months ago and it was a successful experience, so I booked with you this time, and I was surprised when I checked in when I asked someone to bring the bags from the car, so the person who carried out the check-in apologized. Today I asked the reception for two forks from my room, so they apologized and asked me to bring them from the restaurant. I usually travel a lot, especially to Turkey, and for the first time in my life I have been treated this way, not even in unrated hotels, so how about a hotel managed by the Hilton chain? Unfortunately, I have to write what happened to me in the evaluation of this hotel, and I will not return to it again.

The hotel is near by everything like restaurants, supermarkets and the main shops.

Honestly, it is very clean and functional for its purpose. And honestly they do everything in there power to make our stay comfortable

How clean and well maintained it is. The food was not versatile but it was great quality and the staff is totally delightful. And they have the cutest pet cat

Location is very good.

Bed are uncomfortable. Bathroom door not closing properly. Not clean. Towels not enough for family. Only put for one person. We booked for 3 adults but Towels only for one person.breakfast is not good. Bad experience like that breakfast for my life.

Bathroom door was see through and the door did not close properly and the lock was also broken. We changed the room but the second room had the same problem. First they sent a technician to the room but he acknowledged that it could ‘t be fixed. The person at the reception said this was a known issue in most rooms.

We had an excellent stay here, the breakfast was wonderful as were the staff. They really made our stay perfect. In particular Con, Enver, Mohir and Oguz - these guys went out of their way to treat not just us, but all the guests so well. I even loved the house cat that was reclining on the front porch when we arrived. Really recommend - thank you :)

Nothing, it was wonderful.

The hotel team was very friendly and open helping with early accommodation. The location within local retail facility provided options to choose from when finding a place for dinner. Travelling time to the airport didn't exceed 30 minutes.

Window global shutdown happened on the day of my stay.

Lovely staff especially Car and Emery, very good level in English which is not seen quite often in Turkey.It is away from city centre, less practical if you come as a tourist, but it is highly recommended if you come for work or other reason.There is good parking area, many small markets around
