The location is fantastic, with easy access to amenities and transportation. The layout of the house/apartment is spacious and well-designed.The natural lighting throughout the property is impressive. The modern amenities provided in the property make it very comfortable to live in. The view from the property, whether of the city skyline or natural surroundings, is breathtaking.

I liked everything of the property.

This hotel in Sultanahmet, Istanbul, offers an unparalleled experience in one of the city’s most historic and vibrant neighborhoods. Its prime location ensures easy access to iconic landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, allowing guests to immerse themselves in Istanbul’s rich cultural heritage.

I liked everything about Galaxy Hotel

Staff, location, very clean

The stairs and no view at all, no services inside the hotel such as food or other things

The property was better than expected. Very comfortable and has enough space whether for a weekend stay or for a week. The owners are very good and understanding and are always ready to help.

Everything was good

The location is perfect- just a few minutes away from the Blue Mosque, and a few more minutes to the Hagia Sophia. There are numerous great restaurants in the area, and you can see both the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia from the room windows. The hotel owner was a really amazing host- he gave great recommendations for dinner spots and was overall very accomodating, open, and helpful.

The room we were given was all the way on the topmost floor- and because there is no elevator, this means lots and lots of steps. Some people in our group struggled with this, and you could not just pop back in if you left something. It would have been nice to have been forewarned, as it would have been a real issue if someone who was unable to walk up that many stairs had planned a stay at the hotel. Additionally, the tea kettle in the room was not usable as it was really dirty. The floor was a bit dusty as well, but mostly the room was clean.

The hotel is very nice and located beside sultanahmed mosque and ayasofia the place was clean and everything is perfect the guy in the reception omar and the owner was so nice with us

Great location, excellent quality price ratio. We stayed in the studio with a beautiful sea view. We did not have breakfast in the hotel. We communicated with a translation app and all good.

The owener was really helpful, the room was perfect, comfortable, silent, clean.

We loved the location and staff. So helpful and kind! Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!

We rented a space with a kitchen hoping to be able to cook. This space was not able to accommodate that as it lacked basic kitchen implements.

The room matched the provided description and had a fantastic location. The staff was trouble-free, friendly, and supplied all the necessary information. Moreover, we had no issues with parking our rather large car.

The location is great. The staff are helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and like the pictures you see. The AC works fine. The room 501 has a great clear sea view and city view.

I think if the room 501 had more kitchen supplies that would have been great.

Very bad

Everything, not clean no hospitality reception very bad

Good position, near major attractions, also restaurants and shops.

Old and very used bedlinen, towels. Cleaning need to be improved.

It was located close to the Touristy Blue Mosque Area but 700-800 metres away making it less noisy at night. The rooms are of decent size and it was kept clean. The bathroom had hot showers and the room AC was working fine.

Great location, 10mins from Blue Mosque and facing bosphorus

No refill of water

Friendly, helpful and trustworthy owner. Good place if you want to avoid noisy crowd.

Going out from hotel to get to places, you will have to go thru steep slopes - may not be suitable for someone with bad knee.

Its location, its view, the staff

Very poor bathrooms, stairs are terrible, and No parking

very close to the main attractions, the owner was very nice, parking available in front of the hotel, good wi-fi and AC.

the sheets were very stained, the room didn't seem very clean.

My stay at Galaxy Hotel Sultanahmet surpassed all expectations. The convenient location near key landmarks made exploring the city effortless. The hotel's elegant interior exuded a warm charm, and the friendly owners made me feel at home. Glaxy Hotel is a must-visit for anyone coming to Istanbul.

Air conditioner only listened owner's Language but Mr Ahmet was always available to sort out.I saw terrace in Hotels picture but I didn't see any terrace in hotel
