I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The standout feature was definitely how clean and neat everything was. From the lobby to the rooms, it was clear that the hotel management takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. This attention to detail really enhanced my overall experience and made my stay that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pristine place to stay.

Never again

The room was very very small wouldn’t fit two people the pictures were misleading… they only had two staff working in the hotel… will never book again… you need to ask for every little think example tooth brush etc

Amazing staff very helpful and nice , good location close to shopping area , very clean and well decorated rooms

We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time, but they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The hotel staff was extremely understanding and friendly. The breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was beautifully and modernly designed. I highly recommend it!

The rooms are incredibly tiny. You cannot move around. Mattress was very bad

Nice location, staff is very friendly, they gave us a free room upgrade. Room is very clean but even deluxe category is very small, for a couple of days is fine though.

Breakfast: no variety at all. If you select between 2 properties: with and without breakfast and giving your choice to this because of the breakfast - the worst idea. 100% you will go to nearest cafe for the breakfast because in the hotel it’s bad enough.

The location is very good for public transportation and also it’s close to many areas by walking. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was perfect. I strongly recommend it.

The room was a little bit small but it was very clean and useful.

The quiet and it was a convenient location.

we regularly smelled cigarette smoke coming up in the evening probably from the kitchen downstairs.Or the air conditioning on the other hand it was very annoying.Room service was not done for two days.Cleaning was not done. Towels were not changed and water was not provided.

The sound proof is weak, as you can hear all the sounds outside the room. The smell of the room and room size.

Great hotel, room was very clean, small but cozy, personnel very sweet and helpful, hotel is in walk distance to the metro or bus, breakfast was fresh and delicious, - everything was just perfect in my case, very pleasant experience and definitely the hotel is worth recommending.

The hotel cleaness and location are unbeatable. Decorations and style are unique and lovely. Turkish Breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Soner.I had a free room upgrade.

I liked everything

Great little boutique hotel where the staff were all great, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is traditional Turkish breakfast which had a great spread. Also great location outside of the main city of Istanbul.

The design looks very good, and the bed was very comfortable. It's inspiring to see the aspirations of the team - I see more potential for this hotel as it continues to develop (it only started in 2020).

In practice, it's closer to a 3-star experience by international standards. For example, I'd expect a little bit higher finish quality (looks great on the photos, but in reality feels underwhelming), better soundproofing, quieter A/C, and fully working on-site restaurant (it wasn't during my stay - only delivery was available for dinner).

Some of the staff, in particular Evrim, ignored us. She was great for the first two days but we had a security problem with our door lock and she stopped talking to us from that day onwards. The room cleaner who attended us when our door lock wasn’t working is apparently her friend of many years, and we are assuming they didn’t like how we reacted to the faulty door lock. We were at the hotel for 6 nights and we had our room cleaned only once, as we are a humble mother and daughter who keep our room clean.
