Tiny rooms
I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, especially Mr. Ismail, for everything, for the warm hospitality, generosity, and kindness. They truly do their best to provide guests with everything they need. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located close to the nightlife of Istambul, with a lot restaurantes and bars. The staffs were really nice, they helped me out with some problems and were flexible to reschedule my stay couple of days. A truly Turkish breakfast everyday
The location is very good because it’s near to downtown, the staff are amazing I enjoyed my free coffee any time i want.
The room is very old and the breakfast is same every day
The ambiance outside the hotel, lots of shopping, bars, restaurants. Very close to everything, we did move around in bus and train which was about a 12minute walk to the main road.
Location is the best. Rooms are ok. Stuff is nice and polite.
The Staff and Location are great! I was offered free tea and coffee 24/7, and everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful. They are speaking English and even Russian. The building looks good, and it is very easy to find. The corridors, the stairs, and the rooms have been renovated recently. The room has a small refrigerator and a kettle. The wifi is good. At the beginning of November, the temperature in the rooms was comfortable.
The shower needs to be renovated; it's not in the condition I expected. I will choose this hotel again only after I see that the showers have been renovated.
Filthy bathroom, broken room, and nonstop nightclub noise—easily my worst hotel stay.
It was a terrible experience. I booked a room and Booking.com didn’t show that breakfast was included—we only discovered it by accident three days before leaving. The bathrooms were the worst I’ve seen in any hotel. The first room’s toilet seat was cracked and wobbly, the flush leaked onto the floor, and there was a constant sewage smell that never went away. The shower floor felt slimy, the drain was clogged so dirty water backed up around my feet, and the grout was black with mold. Fixtures were rusty, the fan didn’t work, and the window wouldn’t close, so moisture and odor just sat in the room. Towels arrived damp and grayish, the sink had brownish water on first run, and the shower curtain was stained and sticky. It honestly felt unhygienic to even wash there. After complaining, we were moved—but the second bathroom was barely better: still tiny, still foul-smelling, with peeling walls and a window that rattled. You can hardly turn around without brushing against something grimy. On top of that, housekeeping was curt, the rooms were extremely small, and there’s a club right outside—music and shouting went until 2–3 AM, so sleep was almost impossible. The area is packed (Taksim), and you have to walk a bit just to meet an Uber. One of the worst stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great location near Taksim and Galata tower, also very nice staff, Ismail was always there to help! Rooms aren't big, but it' s enough if you spend the whole day out. We loved the tea and coffee served on the house at any hour!
There is a night club right in front of the hotel and the music was very loud every evening, to take into consideration if you have a light sleep, but I am still rating ++ since it's not the hotel's fault...Also the bathroom needs some small improvements, it's a bit outdated.
Friendly family run boutique hotel. Great value and comfortable. Super busy area, so of course it’s loud at night but not enough to keep us awake. Perfect if you want to be in the centre of the busiest street in the city
Love the location! Staff was friendly and nice! It’s 30 seconds from Taksim (busy lively street). There’s tons to do here and you won’t get bored or need to transit everywhere
Bring earplugs as Taksim is a LOUD street. Not the hotels fault for being so close in the action
The location of the hotel was very central from touristic pov which was good
It was very loud, and music from surrounding clubs made it impossible to sleep almost every night, the room was just ok, but the bathroom stinked with smell from pipes The breakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast, but super basic and even after we communicated we are vegetarian we kept getting sausage on our plates... I would recommend get breakfast elsewhere if you care about what you eat
Location is perfect. Just 15m From Istiklal avenue which is our favorite spot of Istanbul. Very near Taksim Square and Galata tower.
All staff was friendly. Location was great.
Noise in the night due to clubs in the street.
Breakfast was so Istanbul and great even more so with Ishmael s great service along with his staff.
The people here are really polite and helpful. The room and servise is also clean, so I highly recommend.
Very friendly and informative staff also free tea all the time! Situated in a really good place for nightlife.
