Fitted carpet looks very old with holes in some places, It doesn’t feel clean

We really enjoyed our time at Sherry Suites Karaköy. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to Galataport, great restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. Everything you need is just a few minutes away.The staff was friendly and helpful, and the area feels lively and safe.

The only thing to note is that the property looks a bit dated — it would benefit from a light renovation or refresh. Overall, though, it’s a great choice for exploring Istanbul and enjoying the vibrant Karaköy atmosphere.

Location is great - close to Galata and the Bridge. The room is comfortable. Airconditioning and soundproof is OK. Cost lobby where you can comfortably sit an drink some coffee. The staff is really helpful! We didn't take any breakfast since a lot of restaurants just next the hotel.

Rooms were a bit small, but this is the norm in this area of Istanbul.

Very busy road!

The location is very convenient. Near Taksim Square and Bosphorus. Nice view from the window. Clean room, nice breakfast, kind and helpful owners.

It was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants and the tram line. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

Nothing fell short of my expectations.

The hotel is located in the vibrant area of Karakoy with easy access to a multitude of restaurants of many different types. It is also very close to the beautiful Galaport area which is perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll along the waterfront and a stop for a beer or two. Access to the tourist areas of the city is easy by tram. I would recommend the hotel to any visitor to Istanbul.

Beautiful, clean, convenient close to everything you don’t need to go nowhere. Everything is there. at first I didn’t realize that the property was a family owned. Very nice very kind professional people. Their staff is very humble and trustworthy.

The noise of the street is a little disturbing.

Very comfortable apartment that could use a little TLC. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. They provide a same day laundry service. Pay by the Kilo. Very reasonable!!Perfect location for us, walk to Galata tower. Very short walk to T1 tram, that is only 5 stops from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Grand Bazaar, etc.

The sheet has stain , and the blanket should be changed to new one. Otherwise all good

It was a goos price, for a big area, many beds and facilities

Noise from the street while trying to sleep. Traffic, people and construction. Lots of noise from other guests rooms. Seems to have thin walls. Our apartment smelled heavily of perfume which we had to remove. Also the neighboring guests were smoking and we had heavy smoke smell in our aparment coming through the locked apartment attachment door.
