The property was good and rhe staff were very nice And the hitel is in good place and not far from bus stop and metro station and close to the marmary

The room was to small and toilet was having really bad smell and in night we did sleep with the smell of cigarette we couldn’t sleep well and I didn’t know were the smell is coming from but I think it was from ventilation

The location is good. The room is convenient. The staff is great.

The smell of smoke in the bathroom, I dunno where it comes from. The hall window near room 105, it bothers a lot. It's near main road so the noise is big during the day, but no problem at night.

Very clean rooms, cleaned on a daily basis, stuff very kind and friendly, great location, overall I was very pleased and would definitely come back.

I liked that the staff were very friendly and helpful, also that they clean daily, you get included breakfast and there is a woman only spa if you want and i like all the things they offered us like a tour to the beach and taxi to the hotel. Very helping. Almost everything you need is in the reception; iron, sim card, first aid kit and more. I also like that there's a blow drier, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. There was an elevator which was amazing and there is a scale to weigh your luggage on one of the floors. The place of the hotel is very ideal. It's close to everything and it has an amazing look from the window and restaurant.

The bed is a bit too hard and there are no extra big pillows. Most of the staff don't know English but communicating with sign language or Google translate works fine. You also don't get to have more than one room card to get in individually if you are more than one person, although we did get an extra card when we asked for it for electricity when we're not in the hotel but that card is for another unused room so it doesn't open the room. Also, the bathroom and room were quite tight, especially the bathroom, but maybe every room is different.

Excellent hotel, very convenient location, good staff. All issues were resolved quickly. Breakfast was included, everything was great.

We stayed in this hotel on our last Istanbul visit and it was great. Location is really good, metro station is near (it's important since you can come by metro from airport), bus stations are near to take you wherever you want in Istanbul and most popular landmarks like Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet mosque and Aja Sophia are 25 minutes by foot. Hotel is clean, they clean rooms every day. We visited in December and rooms are very warm. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Staff is not friendly. They want to make money on each step. We wanted half day stay they charges full day.

Everything is nice and the area is quiet. Good breakfast and hospitality.

Customer service was disgraceful; customers not considered as people but a money generating commodity.

The Hotel is located in 20-25 minutes by walk way from the main Istanbul attractions. The breakfast menu with slight variation but tasty and always enough. The breakfast with the view on the Marmaris sea and the crossing ships is amazing. Also, can mention very friendly and helpful staff.

The Hotel suites generally needs renovation. The rooms at the Booking looks more attractive and bigger then really are, but acceptable for the price. A little bit noisy outside cause located among wholesale and retail stores.

Staff is friendly and the breakfast is nice. The location is also good, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia is about 15-20min.

Very noisy, we had a room close to the elevator and and on the 6th floor below the restaurant. On the evenings it was so noisy on the floor and above us that we had rarely slept during our stay.

It was bad with decoration all day and night noise. I will never go to that hotel again

even they took money for dinner and moving around the sea but they didn't. I have been pi's off bad experience honestly.

There were many problems like no AC and lack of cleaning and the breakfast was not good

At the reception Aziz was very kind and helpful. He could answer all the questions that occured. He always paid attention to us and our needs. I am very happy that we could meet him.The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Aziz was helpful and helped us a lot especially in translation matters because he speaks Turkish and Arabic

Rooms Are very small not like what it is written in booking.
