Nothing, it was full of bedbugs

Bed Bugs, old room, smells like old wet towel.

I read reviews about good food, From my experience its average and you can find similar food offerings on all nearby hotels.

Room was small, old and unpleasant smell and a lot of bed bugs, as soon as I turn of lights they start walking all over the bed. I have captured video and photos as well. Please stay away from this place

Very good Breakfast and location

The only good things here are the convenient location in terms of transport and the polite reception staff.

Don’t trust the breakfast pictures — reality is different. The selection is poor, the food is tasteless, we had to make do with watery omelets and a bun with butter. The rooms have very thin walls, so if you’re a light sleeper, this place is not for you. Also, if you prepay for a transfer and end up needing to stay longer or face a health issue, you won’t get any refund. I strongly do not recommend it

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is very friendly. The bed is comfortable. The food at the restaurant is really good and the chef personally greets you and helps you if you have any questions regarding the food. I will definitely stay there again next time.

There was a short walk uphill walk from the hotel to the tram line to Sultan Ahmet Square and Gulhane Park and beyond.

Some of the rooms are very small.

Everything! Confortabile bad, nice room, very good and diversified breakfast! Coffee/tea in the room! Free water if you ask (my check-in was at 2am and all the shops were closed), and at check-out I was served with a very good turkish coffee…

Nothing unpleasant!

Location is good, close to sites and public transport (metro, tram, busses). Decent breakfast. Cleaning ladies are doing a great job.

It is located in the commercial area - only hotels and clothes stores around. The room was pretty basic, the facilities a bit outdated. It is ok for a couple of days stay.

My room didn’t had a window communicating with the outside.

After 2 weeks in Turkey with beds of varying comfort and scratchy bedlinen (no proper bottom sheets) this was great. Very comfy mattresses and fresh bedlinen, duvet and pillows. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with lots of variety and, especially welcome, many different fruits - loved the figs cooked with orange

I dropped something which rolled under the bed so had to look under to retrieve it. Yuck! Beds need lifting regularly for vacuuming underneath. Security felt lax - anyone could access all floors from the street level lift without going to reception

Great breakfast and a very central location

Rooms needed a bit of TLC in places such as stain on carpet and patched up wallpaper, but were clean

location was good. 10 minutes walk to Havaist airport bus and a 20 minutes walk or so to the main sights. Breakfast was fabulous. Chef Ale is so helpful, friendly and approachable. Every morning he'd come out and chat with people ask if everything was okay and how is breakfast etc. The staff in the breakfast room constantly cleaned up and replenished the food. Questions submitted to hotel were answered very promptly.

cigarette smoke..sometimes infiltrated the rooms via A/C. Everyone in Turkiye smokes. Staff on front desk were hit or miss. Some friendly/helpful, some not.

Good location, easy walk to must see historic sights and the tram. Less than 10 min walk to Havaist 12 to IST. Best breakfast of all the hotels I stayed in Turkiye. Hats off to Chef Ale!

Rooms and hallways needed updating

It's location very convenient centre of the city.Breakfast was very good a lots of Turkish items.

My room was included free water bottle, but they have given first day and the rest of the day we need to ask them for the water bottle. Very strange it was that they are asking for the money for the water bottle where it was included with our bill.Space between shower space and commode was very little, very uncomfortable.

The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! I looked forward to it every day!! Ali who is the manager of that kitchen is so warm, welcoming and helpful with tips on what to see around the city. The rooms are simple but great value.

Don’t know why the front desk said that only way to reach the hotel was by bus when it is near 2 metro stops and a tram station.

Very good food, clean, tidy. How slow is the elevator :)

Sound proof

Very friendly receptionists helped me find a chemist open on a Sunday. Room was clean and comfortable with smart TV and a great Turkish breakfast included.
