Amazing location, great breakfast and it comes with a fascinating view

A little noisy in the morning

The breakfast is terrible and the service was very bad, the did not have a map of the city. Or helped us with anything.

Great location. Great staff. Great value. Walkable to blue mosque. Walkable to Galata, and more.

The shower dripped water out so bathroom floor was always very wet after shower. Wasted a lot of towels just to soak up water from being slippery.

The breakfast was great. The location is very close to public transports. I have got excellent advice from Yashar on helping me with the tourist places to visit.

This was a lovely, quaint hotel. It was very comfortable for my family but I should have taken 2 rooms as my kids are grown and we found it difficult to manage with 1 bathroom in a family room. Otherwise everything was amazing, staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast area was so lovely with good breakfast options.The best part was the location. It was next to the mosque and around the corner from the vibey streets of Karakoy. We loved our stay here

I liked the hotel, if kids are small family room is perfect but for 4 adults it doesn’t work.

The hotel location is excellent very close to the tram station, Galata Bridge, and the other side of the European district. It is also within easy walking distance of the Bosphorus and the Galataport shopping center.Our stay was outstanding in every aspect. The rooms were extremely clean, and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hot water was available most of the time.Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options, especially as it is served on the rooftop with a beautiful sea view and a stunning panorama.Overall, this hotel is one of the best choices for visiting Istanbul.

The location is amazing, although it is an old building but did the job , easy access to anywhere is walking distance , staff were really amazing and kind and helpful

Air condition is hard to control and it was warm all the times , you need to cool it esp when sleeping

Friendly staff specially Mr yachar. Very good breakfast and big variety.The hotel location is very near to emininu area and misir bazar only have to across the bridge and take about 10 minutes walking.

The hotel location is inside industrial street and not allowed for taxi to enter at the hotel.No nice view from the hotel room

The Location was perfect for us ! Walkable to main attractions. Hotel was clean too. The room we booked was a bit small but made do for two people. Would have been perfect for solo traveler.

The room appears to be bigger in the pictures and the sofa bed is really just a sofa very uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast is just ok. For the price it’s just okay. I have to say there are others that are way better for that price.

This place was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help. Its location was perfect—easily accessible to many central attractions on both sides of the bridge, as well as spots along the coastline. Overall, it offered great comfort and convenience, making the experience very enjoyable.

While the location and service were good, I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the room as a 4 stars hotel. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the interior felt old and in need of refurbishment and renovation. With some upgrades, the overall stay could be much better. We were staying in the family deluxe room.

Ismail and Medeni were very nice and friendly. Hotel has wonderful location, everything on walking distance.
