We could have the window open and it was pretty quiet. Hard wood floor.

It felt neglected and in disrepair with cheap furnishing of questionable cleanliness making it hard to relax and feel comfortable. It was nice the windows opened but they were either open 2 feet or not at all, nothing in between. There was some cord from perhaps a broken lamp - but hard to tell exactly what it was - just laying on the couch. The single cover on the bed was too narrow for 2 people to easily use. A friendly staff member checked us in but then we didn’t see anyone the rest of the time

The drain system of room 9 was stinking. The wifi connection was poor and the personnel didn't show any interest in letting us know the wifi password. The tv set of the room didn't work. The carpet and an arm chair in the room seemed dirty. There weren't any blackout curtains, so the morning light was too intense.

Super friendly staff, very clean and fantastic location.

Very convenient location as both harbor stations and bus stations are close by and there is a second airport on this metro line. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is worth a walk. The room was quiet! Comfortable bed and nice shower with good pressure, wifi working.The price/quality ratio is perfect. I know how difficult it is in Istanbul to find a comfortable room in a convenient location without any pitfalls and I will tell you that this is the perfect choice.

You can smell cigarettes a little in the room, I think there used to be a lot of smoking here. Do not expect any view in a room without a balcony.

Fabulous location in a lovely neighbourhood, easy to get Ferry across to European side and the everything you need was local too which was great . Awesome cafes and restaurants around close to the Hotel

windows were very hard to open in our room. some furniture need repair or renew. but it is not so important. There were much good things.

Nice big room with a big bed and LED lights in the corner made my stay there very cosy.

Nice and cozy room, great location on a quiet street ob Kadikoy. Close to metro, shops and various cafes.

Very nice hotel in Kadikoy with many cafes and shops nearby, but without crowds of people as in the southern part of the area. The personal is very friendly and helpful, making some renovations to the hotel and trying to make our stay as good as it could be. The hotel is pet-friendly, so it is a very good option if you are travelling with your cat

The only slight downside is low Wi-Fi speed in the rooms, but I think they will also fix it during the renovations

The hotel had a nice feel, and was relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast options were the cafes in the street, which were great, and which i enjoyed discovering (great food and many options). Probably best to arrive late morning onwards as the doors are open then. Othewise you can press the doorbell. I'll go back there again.

Maybe better lighting in the bathroom would be good. A few problems with wifi access when I was there too. Steep internal staircase and no lift so pack light!

The staff on daytime reception was really nice and helpful and help us to bring the luggage to the 3rd floor without elevator.He recommended us a good place for lunch far from tourist restaurant.The location is great and near to all the place for food and street music.

The room is at the 3rd floor without elevator.The cleaning wasn't made we found the shampoo and shower gel from the previous guest in the bathroom.We found a socket in the room.It was very noisy you can hear the noise from the other rooms all night the doors cannot be closed slowly and the shower in the bathroom is at the limit of descent.Water spread everywhere and toilet cannot seat properly due to the sink to close.Very bad spring mattress like a torture or only for fakir.Can't be in the dark there is no curtains.We supposed to stay 4night but we left at the first.

The location was amazing, the workers and owners friendly and very helpful to meet our requests and special needs. We felt like stay in a friend house. Highly recommended.

location was good in the middle of kadikoy. cheap place to stay

it's very noisy and not just the outside City noises. Doors were slammed continuously, people running up the stairs in the middle of the night (staff or other guests, I don't know).

The location is great, very close to the market street, to bus and ferry terminal. The room is big and equipped with all needed things like a wardrobe, table and chairs, refrigerator, place for boiling water even with tea and coffee. Comfortable bed. Shampoos and shower gel in the bathroom. Don't wait too much, this is a cheap place to stay for a night, nothing more

The room is on the ground floor and the windows come directly to the street so it was loud since the early morning (although it was a period of total lockdown, so I can't imagine how noisy it is in normal time). Although there was air-conditioning unit, we haven't found a console for it, so there was a choice: to sleep with a noise from the street with an opened window or to sleep feeling hot. The furniture is old and generally needs renovation to make better impression. The personnel could have been more friendly and client-oriented

This hotel is a true gem, a few minutes away from the sea and metro and ferry and the roast chestnuts.The bedroom was large and extremely comfortable . The WiFi is very strong. It has lovely large windows and is snug and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even the front of the hotel looks fabulous. I rate Puhu five stars and am happy to be staying longer. Thank you .
