West Pera Hotel

The price is very affordable, the street is very lively in the center, everything is right next to you.

The location is wonderful, but I can't tell you anything about the rooms because we didn't get to see them. With a neat document from "Booking" and confirmation in hand, they told us that they don't have a place in the hotel for us.

The behavior of some of the employees, or of the owner of the hotel on tel. it was horrible, we needed an invoice to pay the amount because we were traveling on business, but they don't want to hear about that. They accommodated us in another hotel, in another place, and there we did not receive any confirmation of the amount paid. Too wild and unprofessional!!!

It is very good to be in the center, close to the metro, entertainment place

1. The location is very good, just at the end of Independence Street, a famous check-in point. Downstairs are restaurants, bars, and a street of eating, drinking and entertainment. 2. The hotel owner and waiters are very nice. As soon as we entered, the waiters took the initiative to lift several of our boxes weighing several dozen kilograms to the front desk. 3. They were happy to provide any help I needed. Since I was not familiar with transportation, I asked for directions. The hotel owner took me directly to the subway and lent me a local travel card for 3 days (of course I would pay cash to Boss, we cant let him spend money) 4. After traveling to so many countries, I feel the best in Istanbul. The locals are very warm and friendly. Recommended index 5 stars

Guy in reception is good but he does not understand and speak english at all

Very dirty, there were snots on walls, bathroom is full of mold, i was afraid to catch and disease there cuz i saw a lot of girls who enter that hotel, that are not normal girls %100, so we bought all cleaning products and washed toilet and bathroom ourselves! And that street is very noisy

everything was very nice, our room was very big, it was very lively, there is a metro everywhere right next to it.

You can visit everything with close friends, next to the metro, stiklal is very lively.

Very loud music from nightclubs until after 3am. Family room not suitable for families due to noise. Breakfast is only between 9-10am so not suitable for early starters. Bedsheets not clean.

The location is perfect in the entertainment center, next to the Galata Tower, next to the metro, I recommend it.

The location. Is right near to Taksim area. Is the only reason that we didn't leave the hotel to search other.

NO Facilities. No air condition (was broke), no clean room service. All kitchen is a butafory. Nothing working. One more thing: no parking area for a car, no english speaker on reception. We was lucky with google translate.

If you like loud party areas with constant noise until 4 am inside the room, it's perfect for you!

We arrived late from the airport, tired and hoping to get a good night's sleep to discover the astonishing city of Istanbul. We got a 60 dB(A) noisy, dirty room on the 5th floor, with one shower door missing, windows which didn't close correctly and BEDBUGS on the mattress.We left the room earlier. Our recommendation...stay away from this place!

Good location in a middle of central street, small nice kitchen in a rum. Ofcourse it is not new hotel so some recover in need. comfortable bed.

WIFE was weak so you cannot use it 100%. appartament are in city centrum over the night club or bar so need to be prepared to listen loud music sometimes until 3 oclock in night time.

I'm disappointed about this hotel. At first they provided us with a fealthy room that is basically used as a storage though we booked a Delux Room. When we complained, they moved us to bigger room where we found bugs and flea and a varietof bed insect (added a photos and video). We notified the front desk immediately and ask for a refund so we can switch the hotel but they didn't do any action and moreover we tried to reach Booking to help us but didn't get any response too. They claimed that they cleaned the room but still we found insects on the sheets and pillow. The mattresses are really old and uneven and same thing for pillows. There is a night club right under the hotel and another one on the top of it so we couldn't sleep before 4 am daily due to the extremely loud music

Room size was big enough

It was hell noisy lkke boofers in your room becauseof club and street noise till 3 a.m., dirty, toilet water all coming out, windows broken, lift starting from first floor, so you have to carry all your heavy bags from ground floor to first floor, language barrier with staff, stove not working, no microwave, it's totally wastage of money
