Located in the heart of Besiktas, this cozy place is worth the price. The breakfasts are individualized and served on trays.

Great location steps away from the main terminals (ferry, tram, train, bus) of Kadikoy, and also to the interesting areas around the neighborhood. Street is generally quiet, and staff is very friendly. Room was clean and is exactly how it is pictured. Appreciated that there was a desk and fridge. Property has an elevator which is a big plus. Breakfast was also generous and good.

The rooms are a quite small, but good enough for a short stay.

A little bit used but quite clean hotel. The staff is very good IMO, at the reception there is always somebody who speaks English, others - almost doesn't (but it's expected)

Noise isolation between room and outside, including hall. Or at least some rules has to be added to be silent in the hall. Got woken up couple of times because noisy neighbors or music playing under the window of the room.

We stayed at this hotel for one night between connecting flights. Overall, the location is excellent — close to the metro, ferry terminals, plenty of restaurants, and nice spots to walk around

However, a few things could be improved:1. The central location also came with a downside - it was quite noisy at night with people shouting and talking loudly outside, which made it hard to sleep2. We had an issue with the air conditioner. It was making a very loud noise, and we had to call the front desk staff to turn it off3. The bed was uncomfortable - too short for someone 6 feet tall (my feet were sticking out), too narrow for two people, and there was no blanket, just a thin sheet. We ended up feeling cold during the night

Location is great. The room is equiped with all the necessities, shower works like charm. The staff is very helpful.

Would be nice to have hangers for the towels in the bathroom. Also, couldn't find Halk TV and Sozcu TV on the Tv/Satellite network. But overall, it was a prefect stay for 1 night!

The receptionist was very friendly the room is clean and everything what you need for trip is available very central area, close to shopping possibilities food and ferry to the other side, but still quiet. Erkennt der von recommended and when I come back to Istanbul's my place. Sauna and spa area is available too

We had an amazing 4-night stay at Last Vita Suites in Istanbul. Perfectly located in the vibrant Kadıköy neighborhood, it’s surrounded by great activities and is easily accessible by metro and buses. The rooms are well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful rest, and the breakfast, served by a kind hostess, was delightful. The spa facilities were a lovely bonus, making our stay truly relaxing!

We originally booked this hotel for the Hammam and spa. Although it was at extra 750 per person we enjoyed it so so much. The morning breakfast was cosy and home made. Staff was nice and friendly. It was the best hotel so far in Turkey.

The jacuzzi was cold, maybe it was made to balance the hot spa and hammam but I would have definitely preferred a hot jacuzzi.

Rooms a bit small, but good facilities

The hotel itself is Okay to stay. It provides the required amenities. Staff is very helpful and nice. Turkish Breakfast is served in basement.The best part is, it's location in Kadikoy. It's situated in an alley of Osmanaga, right next to the busy and bustling market areas of Kadikoy, Moda and Umbrella street. Literally all the cool places are nearby and can be reached by walking or by using the tram/bus. It stays active till late. That was a big reason for our stay.

Having a car or a lot of luggage could be a bad idea. It's located about 50 meters off the main street, in a busy pedestrian alley, with no access for private cars or taxi. The historical Tram lane passes from between the hotel alley and the actual traffic road, So, you have to get off your car/taxi on the opposite side of the street, and then cross over. There is no parking space in or around the hotel. Call them in advance for help, if you have extra luggage or are driving a car and need to park for a while. There is a paid Autopark about 800mts away, Cleanliness levels of linen and towels were not good. But, upon requesting, they did a better job.

Quiet a good location: despite the fact that the hotel is located in noisy area with a large number of small streets (which makes it difficult to find, especially for the first time), window of our room overlooked a quiet street. The hotel is quite close to the ferry pier, the bus station, and the metro. There are no full-sized supermarkets, but there are enough small stores.The room is small, but the bathroom is quite large. Comfortable bed. There is a kettle and a mini fridge (you need to know that it's based on a thermoelement, so you shouldn't expect strong cooling – but you can cool water, ayran and snacks). Efficient air conditioning. Nice reception staff, good condition of the hotel in general, clean. We liked the breakfast: it's fixed, but there is more than enough food. Hot – eggs in different variations.

The furniture is a little worn out. The air conditioner is a little noisy, especially in the first minutes after turning it on.Breakfast can be started a little earlier: if you have a daytime flight (especially from IST), you may not have time to have breakfast.
