It was safe and comfortable and good location.

Air conditioner was too loud, and you need to bring your teethbrush

No breakfast was offered.

Water was out in the neighborhood so there was no running water available in the bathroom while we were there. However the staff gave us extra free drinking water.

Friendly and then prices were better even at the services than they competitors.

When we arrived we saw the budget room in the category we had booked and it felt like the showed us the worst possible room on purpose. They oftered to upgrade us at a cheap price and I am thankful for that however. Excellent front desk service. The breakfast had good coffee.

Friendly staff, warm, helpful and nice. Room was clean, and had everything added. Location was great, short walk to all the sights. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, quiet, with a great view. The bath room was nice with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great for tourists wanting to stay walking distance from the sights and tram stop.

The room was nice and the view was great. I'm not sure about how to write the name of the balcony guy, Essan (perhaps), but he is amazing. He helped us with everything we needed. He's a treasure for that place.

Prime location. 2 min walk to Sultanahmet district. Plenty shops, restaurants, cafes near by. If you fancy of doing some shopping - Grand Bazar 10 walk from property. Room is cozy.

WIFI connection can be improved inside the rooms. Poor connection/speed at times (mostly at peak times its getting very slow). Other than that - perfect choice for stay in historic old town.

There are several things we liked about this hotel. First the hotel management staff were awesome. They were friendly, very helpful and easy to talk to and ask questions. They also arranged out tour of the Bosphorus, and our shuttle to the airport. The hotel is situated in the heart of the main attractions. You can walk everywhere. There is lots of great places to eat, a laundry mat a minute away, two minimarts very close by.The breakfast is great. You can get up and start your day with a wholesome breakfast. The rooms are clean. Clean Towels are provided daily. There is an air conditioner, which was essential after a long day touring.The internet was always working-never a problem.Everything worked very well for us.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We were there 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

Unpleasant smell from bathroom

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the MoneyI usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my experience here. The rooms are extremely small tiny much smaller than they appear in the pictures. The photos are definitely misleading.The staff were unhelpful and not at all welcoming. When I raised concerns, they seemed indifferent and made no effort to assist. On top of that, cleanliness was clearly not a priority the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned.Overall, this place looks decent online but is very disappointing in real life. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Please don’t waste your money on this hotel.

As Italians we appreciated the ‘bidet’. Bed was super comfy and pillows were perfect, we had the most peaceful sleep. Huuuuge shower. We liked the refillable shower gel instead of wasteful mini bottles. Fridge was useful. Staff were super kind, helpful and friendly with great recommendations for places to eat. Lift and help with bags was a nice touch. Everything was super clean and seemed brand new.

Coffee machine in the room would make this a flawless 10/10

I read many reviews before booking, and I agree with most of them.This is a three-star hotel, and as such, it delivers exactly what you would expect.You get a clean hotel room with a private bathroom, and the location is truly the best you can find within this price range.In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Cemberlitas metro station.The staff is very kind and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that, even in a three-star hotel, there is always someone available at the reception — a very nice touch.The only downside is that it isn’t mentioned anywhere online that the economy double rooms are located underground.Also, the rooms could use some renovation.All in all, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and competitive pricing.

Property is a 5mins walk from the blue mosque, and about 10mins walk to Hagia Sophia mosque so in a good location. Staff at hotel very kind and helpful which was great to see.

Outdated decor, funny smell coming from bathroom it was from the drain I think was there the whole duration of our stay. Sometimes there was no water so couldn’t shower being, I think this was down to many other customers using water at the same time so is being on the 4th floor didn’t have water at times.No breakfast served at this hotel which is a shame to have breakfast you have to go to a hotel next door, they also owned that hotel too, sometimes towels had different hotel names so It was obvious that the owned more hotels. Breakfast price is 10 euros, be it child or adult price is same which I think it not right, a two year old will hardly eat a boiled egg or two so to charge 10 euros is a bit much in my opinion. Only complaint with staff was they do not bring your luggage down well they didn’t ours anyway, had to bring down and load in vehicle myself with driver whilst the staff member was sat on the chair on his computer.

Good location, close to tourist attractions, friendly staff, clean rooms, I would gladly recommend, we will be back soon

Do not trust Booking high rating! I cannot imagine anyone giving this place a high rating no matter the room experience.Breakfast is hoooorible- no choice, food you wouldn’t dare to eat, tiny place, no drinks, no fresh vegetables or meat/dairy products that you would eat without worrying about stomach issues.Room service does not change already dirty linens, no new water, coffee or anything.Rooms are way smaller than it looks, shower has that dirty, black stuff, light is not working, lamps in the room are broken, so as the AC and coffee table.

We had a pleasant stay for a few nights and overall was happy. This place is fantastic value for money, close by to main attractions, clean and friendly hotel staff.

The staffs were very nice and friendly. I was in the basement room, but it was clean and comfortable. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby.

Location was good. Easy access to public transportation once you find the hotel.

Poor communication about lost key policy. They charged €10 to replace it. I haven t lost many keys, but never have been charged for one. No security lock on the door Both reading lights not working.
