The hotel is good. Rooms, gym, spa, bkfast and staff all good. There is no way to adjust the temp at your room. Way too hot!

My room was at 24 degrees c. Impossible to sleep and not possible to adjust from your room. Tried twice with the staff but they were not able to help either.

A terrible stay in every detail, and I do not recommend it.

The stay was terrible in terms of cleanliness; the bathrooms smelled awful, and we tried to resolve this issue with them, but unfortunately, they were unresponsive and indifferent. Furthermore, the staff were arrogant, condescending, and completely uncaring. I would absolutely never choose this hotel on any future visit to Istanbul.

The location was not near any of attractions. The breakfast spread was ordinary and staff during that time very unfriendly. One cannot have such spread for more than two days.

The staff was extremely professional. Everything is no problem. The room has all the amenities that you need and more. The spa and pool where great after a long day of walking around.

Nothing Special. Does not look 5 star hotel at all.

Same Breakfast for 5 days. With only few hot dishes (Standard Omelete/ Boiled Eggs/ Chips). Rest are filled with variety of salads/ cheese/ fruits/ dried fruits/ yougarts). Apparently it is big breakfast but nothing meaningful.We lived on non smoking floor, yet whole floor smell like cigarette. AC System does not drop temperature and whole night it is too hot. Only way is to open balcony door, which is very noisy outside. No good noise insulation, If someone is walking in corridor you can hear it all. Specially in Toilet you can hear next room voices.

It seems this hotel does not meet 5 star standards at best, it qualifies as a 4-star. Starting with the valet parking there was none, and I was asked to park my own car in the basement, which is unusual for a 5 star property.The A/C was not working, and I had to open the window to cool down the room. This wasn’t ideal as the noise from the cars outside was very disturbing.The housekeeping staff entered the room while I was inside, without knocking only to ask if I needed their service, which was quite intrusive.As for breakfast, there were plenty of options, but the taste was far from what you would expect from a top-tier hotel.

This hotel had the best staff in my experience, friendly, helpful, professional. They assisted me and my family members with any questions we had during our 8 nights staying including guiding us with different city tours, providing maps, free shuttle to city centers every day! They went beyond our expectation with their prompt services even with my early in the morning flight, they provided free breakfast to go! Wonderful people, always in our hearts with great memories!

The view could be better, the river view was blocked with grown plants since we were on the first floor.

Location from downtown if you don't have a car

I liked the view of my room, facing the Golden Horn and this because of Mohamed from Reception, a very kind person willing to help all guests. He upgraded me, as I am disabled and because I came earlier than the check-in time, he was more than kind and helpful to accommodate me earlier.My respect to the Technician...I am sorry I had to disturb him absolutely each evening and he was ready to help in just few minutes after being called.The rest of personnel : needs a lot of training.

Category of the hotel is far away of 4 stars. Corridor walls are full of mold and in order to not feel the smell, they use a permanent odour spray, very weird smell.During my entire stay, each evening I had to disturb the Technician in order to fix something: AC to be switched to warm as it was not working, window glass door not closing- handle flying but housekeeper didn't report it after cleaning the room ( just draw the curtains and push the door, without closing - handle was loose).Second day, on Friday, I have informed one Reception guy that the door now cannot be opened and needs to be checked again by the Technician but when I arrived at the hotel, late in the evening, nothing was done and Technician was not informed.Towels are extremely old and super used....they are clean but almost yellowish colour. Bath robe you have to order from Reception in case you want to go to the spa-sauna, although u ask a bigger size (L-XL) ...what you get is a very small one, that do not fit and of course cannot be used. Especially that you have to go through the main lobby in order to take the Spa elevator.Bed linen, same....clean but for ex, the one that was on my bed had several holes from cigarettes....and exactly on the front side, which was impossible to not see it.Personnel from Restaurant have absolutely no training regarding guests services :I was shocked about a guy that was cleaning floors with a broom and a long dustpan.....discharging dirt from his dustpan on the food container . Meaning that he was lifting more than 1 m high the dustpan in order to discharge the dirt from the floors.....and this : next to your table where you take your breakfast and have food on your plate.Restaurant staff while removing plates with rest of foods ....throuw all the cutlery and plates doing an enormous noise.
