What truly makes Radisson Collection Vadistanbul exceptional is the people who work there. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and cared for. Every interaction was warm, professional, and sincere. The team goes above and beyond to create an outstanding guest experience. They are attentive, kind, incredibly helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. You can really feel that they take pride in what they do, and it makes a huge difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, but it is the people who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable one. Thanks to the amazing staff, my stay felt effortless and special in every way.I am truly grateful to the entire team and would absolutely return. Location , staff , room, everything

Everything was perfect

The facility’s but the TV channels should be more especially the major arabic channels and more importantly the sport channels. The breakfast is so good and well arranged.

Tbh, everything. But especially the hospitality. One of the most relaxing, cleanest, and best-quality hotels in Istanbul. Thanks a lot to all the staff.

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable — directly connected to the mall and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent, and everything about the hotel is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I now consider this hotel my official home base in Istanbul. I don’t stay anywhere else. My only wish is that all staff members could speak English more fluently."

location, room

The Wi-Fi internet speed was very slow.

The room, the staff, breakfast, swimming pool all beyond expectations

A modern hotel with comfortable, quiet, and well-soundproofed rooms, conveniently located next to a large shopping mall and the stadium. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The staff are attentive and do their best to accommodate guests’ requests, even during busy periods when the hotel is fully booked. The reception staff are particularly helpful and make the check-in process smooth and efficient — my room has always been ready upon arrival, even at the busiest times. A huge bravo to all the receptionists and the housekeeping team for the remarkable job they do. The hotel is also quite convenient for small meetings and conferences.I particularly appreciate that the customer service team proactively contacts guests before their stay to ask about preferences and personalize the experience — a thoughtful touch that truly sets this hotel apart. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will definitely continue to do so.

The parking lot can get full on busy days, as it shares the same parking area with the shopping mall. The room service menu could perhaps be improved, although it wasn’t bad at all. Other than that, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property — everything was well managed, comfortable, and pleasant.

Location is quiet, clean and relaxing. A mall is an addition to the hotel plus a variety of cafes and Restaurants.

Almost nothing ?.

Location , value for money , very nice staff , good service

The bathroom towels for the shower are very poor and over used, need to be graded

The property’s location is ideal, surrounded by excellent facilities, high standard of cleanliness as always, and a highly cooperative staff.

I would like to express my highest appreciation to this wonderful hotel and its entire team. From the moment of arrival, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism at the reception, where the staff went above and beyond to make the check-in smooth and pleasant. The business lounge is a true highlight – elegant, well-equipped, and an ideal environment for both meetings and quiet work. The location of the hotel is also perfect, offering convenience, accessibility, and a sense of prestige. In terms of comfort, every detail has been carefully thought through – from the rooms to the overall atmosphere – ensuring a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The swimming pool is beautifully maintained, while the sauna and gym provide excellent facilities for both relaxation and fitness.Above all, it is the staff who make the experience outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart.
