Ibis Styles Istanbul Atasehir

Staff, cleanliness and comfort were perfect. It is real four star hotel.Perfect performance/price ratio

31 min walking distance to M4 and 16 min walking distance to M8 tube.

Location and cleanliness was superb and that they had 24/7 reception!

They couldn’t find my booking even though I showed them through booking. They couldn’t see that I had payed, I had to show them through booking. After they cleaned the room the first day, some of my clothes went missing and they didn’t want to do anything about it until I talked to them three days in a row and bugged them about it. Then suddenly the clothes appeared the next day when they cleaned the room.

Reception staff were friendly, and rooms were very clean

Small restaurant

Perfect Location, close to Public Transport and motorway. Nice decorated rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staff

No own parking

The hotel staff are so nice, but they speak only English, and breakfast is excellent.

The room smelled damp, and it was difficult to breathe.

Cost, location, breakfast

Room A/C, bathroom

Beds.

Grumpy staff, carpets stained, walls scratch, shower dirty - generally not well maintained.

Staff, food, internet

Sink in the bathroom and and the shower got clogged easily. The room smelled like cigarettes a little bit. We were asked if we are smokers and we said no.

Modern building

Bad smell in room from the bathroom tubes. Smoking people around restoran, lobby, near reception, and poor breakfest

Clean, comfy and modern designed room with good materials furniture and well equiped room. We were on a 2 nights break in Instanbul towards Kușadasi, 2 adults with 1 child, and this hotel was what we needed for this. Friendly staff...... and cats of course :P

It was very modernly decorated.

They gave me a room with a broken balcony door which let cold air in, mind you it's winter and it made my room soooo cold. Also, there was hair on my pillows and on my bed sheets....

Very good price performance ratio.

I do not understand how come a brand new hotel’s sound insulation could be that weak, listened full night noise of a children tv.

Very good location for the purpose of my trip. Quiet area. Very beautiful and clean room. Excellent room service. Very friendly staff!

There is no such thing.

Clean

1.5 years ago I stayed in the same room.. same problem with the bathroom door wasn't fixed. Rude dayshift manager who doesn't know to speak with customers, opposite nightshift staff who are very helpful..Very expensive option when compared to others..

Very clean, friendly staff, free parking on street, good & stable wifi. Nice bath, comfy beds & nice breakfast. You can ask them for omelet if you don't like boiled at buffet. Only issue is with booking description which lists King sized bed, but they have no king beds. Bed worked fine for us, tho. Fab restaurant down the street on left, easy walk & best mezza ever offered with every meal!

We liked everything.

Clean hotel with good wifi and breakfast. Location is OK if you accept Atasehir region as a central location.

The room was very strange. Lavatory & restroom is almost in the room with no clear borders or a solid door. So as long as you're not alone, this is a big problem. For business trips for example, this is a hotel to avoid if you'll be staying as 2 colleagues in a double bed room ...

The staff was helpful. As we had stayed before and after our wedding night we were given a free upgrade. The hotel was clean, breakfast was satisfactory and internet was fast.

The room, although being an upgraded version, was not suitable for 2 people. The restroom/toilets are literally in the middle of the room itself, closets are not sufficient at all.

Friendly staff good bed clean room

The staff are supper helpful specially Birkan . He deserve 5 star for his excellent hospitality and help.

The AC in the room bit noisy

I liked the most that the Hotel is 2 min away from the clinic that I went for my surgery. The food was nice - especially the room service food,I don’t know if the food was different than the food for the breakfast but yeah. The breakfast was ok.Staff was ok.You can find a better place, but it’s still nice and the prices are reasonable.
