The location was very nice. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

As we don't speak turkish, sometimes communication with the staff is a bit difficult as they don't speak very much english.The breakfast is not what am used to eat, but can be better, no pastries only a sponge cake was served which was not expected for a 4 star rated hotel.

Absolute great value for money. Staff was really helpful. Location is central. If you need a place for a few days to see the city it’s the right hotel

The interior and rooms are a little dated, breakfast was very typical for a small hotel. You wouldn’t be amazed, but you wouldn’t go hungry either. Again, value wise it’s amazing.

Great stay!We had a wonderful experience at this place. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thank you to Luftullah, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He even gave us an umbrella when it was raining, which we really appreciated. Great hospitality and attention to guests — highly recommended!

it's not soundproof, you can hear everything, we we re on the 3rd floor and still be able to hear people from reception, there almost 20h of no water , we we re not able to flush the toilet or take a shower, when we wanted to talk to the staff there was no one at the reception, we called their whatsapp number and left us in seen, so that disturbed our plans for that day,there we re no varieties to the food, you are eating right in the reception center, the staff was arguing with a lot of people, there we re no views in our room, the window was right in front of another room, so less privacy, sheets we re bad quality, the room way smaller than in photos.

Close to the old city and little stores for souvenirs, restaurants.

Bathroom is too small. Bed not comfortable, pillows tattered for a deluxe room. Tv not working. Since we pay breakfast included~We ask if they can give early breakfast coz our flight back home was really early but they didn’t accommodate our request.

Smoke smell in hotel. Can’t avoid with smokers all around.

The location is amazing, you can do almost everything on foot or with the train that has a station besides the hotel.

they only do the cleaning in the morning so i spent 5 days with no cleaning. The shower stall had a leak and flooded the bathroom every time. I asked for it to be fixed twice and was ignored both times. In the end, I ended up accepting the flooding...

Hotel is a walking distance to the major attractions in the city. Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia, less than a block away from the Gulhane tram station where the you can take a tram ride to the Grand Bazaar and Mesir spice market. Restaurants and shops are all around the area. The hotel staffs, Lutfy and Mohammad are very very helpful, they looked after you. They helped us in arranging our day tours and airport transfer. Even gave us lots of hints on how to make our tours truly a memorable one.

Staff was friendly and location is ideal

our stay for 8 days was really uncomfortable especially with a toddler. We were given the quiet room where there were supposed to be no noise but throughout the day we could hear the construction noises. When we came back in evening to rest a bit and goo out again, we felt very disappointed that the noises wouldn’t let us take a quick nap.l and would start early morning the next day which would wake us up.Now coming to the worst part, in last 3 days of our stay there was no electricity at night 10 pm- 12 am and once in thw afternoon for 3 hrs. The main issue is the hotel didn’t have generator and we were on 6 th floor. We had to use stairs. Whereas all other hotels had generators on when there was a power outage.

4 Stars????? Never ever, more like 1 star, it is the worst location i have ever stayed in, everything is broken, nothing to eat for breakfast, 4 star hotel with margarine for breakfast and bottled soap with pump, unbelivable. Very thin walls, you can’t rest, you will hear everithing that is happening in the hotel. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The staff who checked us in(with a slight jacket) was very polite and helpful. Even helped us with our luggages after checking out. Definitely the highlight of our stay. Thank you!

Breakfast looks nothing like the pictures on the website but is still ok.Bathroom was really small that you cannot open the door entirely, and you have to squeeze yourself in the bathroom. Kettle was broken.

The front of house managers and front of house assistants were amazing. The breakfast offered a nice variety over the 4 days we spent there. House keeping issues were also quickly resolved.

It’s not the establishments fault but the corridors can be noisy and the lift traveling between the floors. Hotel guests need exercise “consideration” for other guests on the floors. Perhaps signage could be put in the hallways to be “quiet” or be as quiet as possible when arriving to their rooms after 22h00.

The location! It’s only 2 mins walking from gulhane tram station and 5 mins walk to gulhane park! Surrounded by souvenirs shops and any other tourist attractions is within the walk distance!

It has problem in managment about the reservation, Rooms not clean like it has to be . Elavator not include all flors of the hotel .

The room was a little on the small side, but to be fair, I was a single traveller. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a good shower and was very warm, ... tree important things required for a enjoyable stay. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were approachable. Was disappointed that on my second morning I took down to reception a bulb from the bed side light that had blown and asked for a replacement. And asked again on the third morning. Reception looked likely to provide a replacement bulb, but it wasn't forthcoming, so I gave up requesting. A little overpriced for a two star hotel but I would return if the price was right.

Good location the reason we have chosen this hotel. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest, cleaners should have cleaned floors too, but it didn’t ruin our stay ?

Great attention! All the staff were really helpful. Complete breakfast and the best location possible. We used the spa and it was ok. A plus comparing with other hotels.

Nice and cozy hotel just a minute walk from the public transport station and beautiful park Gülhane. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Clean room. The total stay experience was lovely.We will absolutely come back here next time we visit Istanbul.
