Central location, just behind the Hagia Sofia Square. The rooms were clean and recently refurbished. The staff welcoming.

The place is actually rooms to sleep. There are no facilities tthat make this place a hotel. It's an old building changed into a hospitality facility. So, don't expect anything more than a decent place to sleep and have a shower in the center of Istanbul.

I really enjoyed my stay at Seaway Hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is not included, but it’s nice that they offer free coffee, tea, and water anytime. Including breakfast would make the experience even better.

It is on perfect location. Close to everything. You come to rest a few hours in your room. Room and bathroom were clean. We had housekeeping every day

Just a few steps from Hagia Sofia. The room is super clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very accommodating and helpful, and he gave us an upgrade as well. If ever I'm coming back to istanbul, definitely staying here again.

it s a small hotel very near the CANKURTARAN station very near hagia sophia, the grand bazaar spice bazaar also and all the transportation you need to explore the city and the major attractions the staff is very nice and helpful the rooms are quiet there is heating in winter all day and an AC for summer

Extremely clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. The location is incredible near the Hagia Sophia et Topkapi Palaces entrance. It is still very quiet.

Kind, helpful staff, always willing and available to help guests. Rooms are sparkling clean, bedding and facilities are comfy. This is a no-frills hotel that gets the essentials right. You can tell the management pays close attention to detail. It's right over the street from the Tokapi Palace and close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and other key spots in Sultanahmet.

I give it all 10s. For a budget, small hotel, it deserves it — the hospitality of the owner, the cleanliness, and the great location - all make it a good choice.

He’s not just a hotel manager but more of a friend, always ready to offer advice and guidance on anything I needed. The hospitality from Mohanad was also fantastic, making me feel truly welcomed. I especially loved having the freedom to make coffee in the cozy kitchen downstairs.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. The position Is fantastic, less than 10 minutes by walk from the main attractions as hagia sofia, Blue mosque and basilica cistern.The area Is full of suggestive restaurants and caffes and Is very close to tram and bus stops.The hotel Is very cozy, rooms are small but very comfortable, full of everything you Need.The guys at the reception have bene super, very kind, polite and helpful. They gave us lots of suggestions and they were Always ready to give us informationHighly recommended.

Magnificient variant for staying in the very center of Istanbul for a fair price. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and supportive not only in hotel's affairs, but also in finding the best restaurants in the area or any other question.

Staff is very friendly and he offers a lot of tips for visiting Istanbul. The room is big, and is close to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and tram stations. Accessible to most places in Istanbul. Price is reasonable as well.

The hangers in the wardrobe are quite weak, can't use them to hang coats.
