The hotel location, service and staff, and spacious rooms, and family friendly hotel

NA

Design , staff, spa

Clean , comfortable

Booking with them directly will much cheaper than booking thru booking.com .I feel that I’ve been cheated !!

Location Great staff especially Layla in Front desk. Staff like her keeps customers happy to come back ..Great Concierge service too

Abit overpriced Certainly overpriced breakfast

Location, staff were outstanding especially mustafa at reception, breakfast team and concierge. Excellent treatment and overall service. Location is in the best area for shopping and not that crowded, their gym is very Modern.

A bit of old fashioned rooms, their bathroom has zero privacy with a glass door that doesn’t close 100%. Connecting doors can funnel some sounds from neighbors.

Great staff team. Good shopping district. Great rooftop views.

The location was amazing, the variety of restaurants, the facilities are new, the gym is well equipped with hi-tech machines, room size is very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and nice

It was a bit pricey but didn’t affect our stay at all

the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming a helpful. Edip on the front dest was a standout!

Location, friendly staff, and clean room.

Delicious breakfast, very kind staff, english language could be improved among all staff.Food in the Calimera was great and staff there was outstanding.

The staff are extremely courteous. And I would like to single out Arzo at the front office. The smile the kindness the professionalism she displayed is 5 stars. Location is amazing. Great restaurant and shopping around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great, and room cleanliness and amenities were fantastic. The hotel is a lovely neighbourhood.

We could hear the noises from the adjacent room or the room above. (Sound insulation is poor.).We had dinner at the famous "Nusr-Et" Restaurant on the hotel premises. It was very disappointing, tasteless, and way too expensive for what you got. I did not like that I had to pay for the on-site car park, around $55 a day.

The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood and had the great advantage of hosting the excellent NusrEt and Cipriani restaurants right inside, so you can avoid the dreadful Istanbul traffic. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed and the spa facilities were good quality. The staff was very nice on every interaction. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

The room, the lobby and the breakfast salon have a bit of an outdated feeling, the decor is not really top notch. However, by comparison to many other 5 star Istanbul hotels, it seems this is the level of design to be expected.

Room nice Good Breakfast

The Bar in the lobby has not a good atmosphere

Friendly staff, clean and modern. Gave us a cake to celebrate our upcoming wedding with beautiful sweets too and a lovely card.

No heated pool

It’s clean, specially the gym area and also I liked the privacy and quietness it’s a very elegant hotel

The breakfast area; briefly it’s a closed area where the smell sticks on you better to have an open and wide area with fresh air

I loved everything! Comfortable, perfect service, friendly staff, amazing restaurants, best location in Istanbul!Kids friendly!Absolutely recommend this property.

Everything was perfect

Firstly, very friendly staff everywhere from the gym to the restaurants. Great location near shops and restaurants. State of the art gym and great restaurant. Great bathroom including a steam room! Overall, wonderful!

View could have been better, but it was not a deterrent

Lovely room, very comfortable and spacious. Hotel has gorgeous views from the rooftop bar. Close to upmarket shops, restaurants, with great night time vibe. Would recommend Kalimera restaurant on site. Buffet breakfast was amazing.
