I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for 3 nights. The location right on the Bosphorus offers stunning views, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was acceptable but not memorable. However, the hotel did not feel like a five-star property!!! cleanliness and maintenance seemed below average, furnishings and decor appeared extremely dated, and English communication from some staff was limited specially at the restaurant, We never got it right!! . Another drawback is its isolation central sights require transportation, which adds time and cost. Given the price and star rating, I expected higher standards in upkeep and service.Finally With the strong star rating and glowing reviews, I expected more in terms of Value, cleanliness, upscale furnishings, and service standards.So it’s not to be repeated.

Location is just perfect on the Bosphorus. Staff were great, polite and friendly.

I don’t think they have professional management. Simple things were missing. Really spacious room and bathroom but not quite alright. There was no towel hanger, there was no place to put your bathroom belongings.

Property itself exceptional, location is unbelievable , didn’t want to leave to leave hotel , food was very fresh and delicious , I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone , thank you

This used to be very nice hotel and this is why I prefered to stay here for a “great evening” with my family in İstanbulThe location is fantastic, but be cautious about non-sea view rooms.Unfortunately, our room faced a construction work on the road and there was a GSM receiver underneath. Please see the photos from my room, not exactly same as the photos you see on the website.While the overall experience was good, the reception's assistance fell short. Next to our room there was a staff area and during the morning they were talking too laud and all the noise was coming into the room

they gave a smaller room than we seen in pictures. next day we wanted to pass another type of room, they said it is suitable and they will prepare for us. couple hours later called us and told last customers want to stay more day. it is kind a shame, we requested room first and it was empty.

Good location, beautiful facilities, very welcoming staff, the breakfast was wonderful.

The room was too hot and unable to be cooled down via the wall mounted thermostat, so we had to open one of the windows to let cool air in. I concede that I did not contact the staff about this but I'm confident they would have provided me a solution had I said something about it.

The breakfast was one of the best meals of my life, every ingredient was so fresh and incredibly delicious, paired with an amazing view of the water just feet away from the table. The room was decorated with really lovely rose petals everywhere since it was our wedding night, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. This is definitely a very luxurious stay.

Everything was great, I don't have anything to complain about!

The location, the view, and the breakfast are fantastic.

My reservation was a suite with half floor, it has one bathroom downstairs but the shower with only rainfall shower (they should add handheld one)

Wonderful location, great staff and a beautiful breakfast. Stunning views from the top rooms and downstairs deck. Spectacular. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This property on this location should have a watertaxi to pick up their guests and drive them to the other side during their stay. It is easy however to hop in a taxi and drive to the other side and thankfully taxis are very affordable but the best way is using the water. Another important lack is a pool which could be an easy and inexpensive investment using the Bosphorus.

The bathroom, as it had no shower area, only an uncomfortable bathtub, dangerous to stand in, no handles to hold, no curtains to keep the water inside. Having a shower was a nightmare!

Kitchen smell is all over the hotel corridors.
