⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Amazing stay!We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great, and everything was well organized.Special thanks to Ahmad, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His positive attitude truly made a difference and turned our stay into a memorable experience.I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The staff! Let me start by saying, for any tourists considering a visit to istanbul. Istanbul IS going to try and scam you on every part of your visit. I suggest reading up really well on HOW and WHERE they do that. BUT in Family Istanbul Hotel our group of 3, got the honor of meeting Dogan who worked on the reception, he managed to make our trip AMAZING with his tips and suggestions for where to go, what to see, AND where NOT to get scammed. We even had a situation where we asked Dogan to order us a pizza from Domino's (since he spoke turkish) and then Domino's pizza literally on the phone told Dogan an ABSURD price like 36 euros for 2 Pizzas, and told HIM to help them SCAM us. Dogan then proceeded to angrily decline that, shut off the call and tell us what happened. After appologizing for the situation he recommeneded us a turkish restaurant with super normal prices and the food turned out AMAZING (ended up paying like 10 euros and all of us were full). Anyways despite crazy scam attempts at us, following recommendations from the staff at Family Hotel we managed to have a GREAT week in istanbul and i 1000% recommend. Istanbul is a Great city, you just need to be well read and be careful in Touristic areas. AND talk to Dogan at reception for trip saving Istanbul tips ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the center and surrounded by many restaurants, bazaars, and tourist attractions. The owners are very friendly. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a free room upgrade. We received a very clean room in a quiet part of the building, so we had an excellent night’s sleep. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast is very good and healthy. Thank you for everything!

Closer to some of the attractions.

I had a bad experience with the owner of the property. He tried to cheat me in trying to arrange a tour for me. Only after a Turkish lawyer got involved did I get a partial refund. Frankly, it's a shame that such a property is promoted by booking.com. I wish to share with you complete details, if you wish to know. It's a long story. Also, there was construction activity around the clock within the hotel premises and for breakfast I had to go to another hotel about a kilo meter away. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was amazing.Especially the owner, a very welcoming and friendly host. We felt like we were home.The location is spectacular, very close to the blue mosque, topkapi and bazaar. We will come back....

The location is excellent. Near to the main tourist square. The host also organized a taxi for a reasonable price to the airport. Surprisingly, you can’t get a taxi in Istanbul that won’t try to overcharge you.

Staff was friendly and location was near the main attractions.

Our room was a bit run down, but it wasn't that much of a problem. The room looked like it was not cleaned well, the sheets looked like they weren't washed, same with towels, dust was in the room. But the bathroom looked like it was cleaned just a little bit, there were water stains on the sink, the toiled didn't looked clean so I had t clean it myself and overall looked very unclean for a Hotel Room. I don't want to attack anybody, but please keep the rooms clean as much as possible with good disinfection after every guest. The breakfast was ok always fresh but very poor and every day the same, also the rooms don't have good isolation, the house is an old one, but it was loud from the street and the reception room.

The place is perfectly well located walking distance from sultan Ahmet and Hagia Sofia, great value for money, the stuff is really very supportive and welcoming.

Very strategic location and close to main attraction. Excellent hotel value for the money. Friendly staff, readily available for any assistance. Good basic breakfast provided.

Located in the old city, just a few minutes walk from the two most popular Mosques.Friendly staff, willing to help and to give advice about everything, very gentle and caring approach to the children, they made us feel very good.

Centrally located to all important places i.e. Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, shopping center downtown. Rooms are good and clean heating and cooling system work fine. Fresh breakfast for every guest lady way amazing. "Furkan" The assistant manager always eager to help even he plan our trip where to go first that saves lot of time to see the different place in short time. Amazing.

I liked the approach to the client. Furkan was constantly in touch and asked clarifying questions for my convenience. Helped carry a heavy suitcase up to the room. Very friendly people and good breakfast.
