Location, cleanliness, staff. My experience in this hotel was always nice:) I come to Istanbul every couple of months, so this hotel is like a second home to me. It’s very convenient to come here by metro from the airport. I love the fact that AC works great! And of course cleaning… cleaning is amazing! How many hotels wipe floor squeaky clean? Yeah.

Cardholder inside a room is constantly flashing blue light, I woke up because of it couple of times during my stay, but maybe you are not that easy to be woken up:) honestly, I just put one of the coffee sachets there and it didn’t bother me at all after.

I stayed here 3 times already. I like the location and I am a cleanliness freak. I need to smell the cleanliness in everything from bedsheets to towels. This hotel absolutely met my expectations. Cleaning ladies do their job amazingly. They refresh towels after every cleaning and bedsheets upon request. I also like the fact that they ask if you wish for your room to be cleaned or no because I personally don’t want cleaning everyday and sometimes I don’t want anybody to enter my room. The location is amazing, hotel staff is wonderful, the hotel is safe. I adore the fact that the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Because it was so easy for me to come to the hotel from SAW by metro. I will definitely come back. I have another pretty big review which I left in October, you can also find some info there.

I celebrated my birthday here and I thought they would send a cake or something as a compliment, but … but the way how they treated me is already a present so it’s nothing :)

Great location. It is located near the Marmaray station. Tram station is near 10 minutes walk to Eminonu, Gulhane Park, Egyptian Bazar. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. Overall, a nice place that I would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for hospitality!

It was cold a bit, and location is not very good, next to metro, and taxi mostly cancel requests.

Very nice hotel with a good location. You can easily use the subway, tram and bus and also everything is very central to the hotel.

Kindly staff always hulpfully, rooms are clean and usefull with a reception that is available 24/7

Everything was amazing , location, staff ,rooms

Staff was very nice , very clean , next to all museums and palaces .

* the transports are nearby* the personal are friendly * The room is sp.clean and the bed is so comfy* the touristic attractions are nearby (sultanahmet area), galata area,... as well as the old markets in Eminonu

* the isolation was a bit off but not so disturbing* The ventilation may emit some clacking sounds sometimes. You may need to stop/start it to return to normal

Very helpful and friendly staff, and they speak Arabic and English ??

Nothing really, excellent location, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, very convenient for families..

Staff was so friendly, location is unreal. Free upgrade and decorated for our anniversary

Didn't stay longer

Location and helpful staff

Even the deluxe room is to small to open 2 suitcases, but I think that’s common with accommodations in the center of Istanbul

Fantastic location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend!

Location is very nice, and the rooms were very comfy. Dawood on the reception was very helpful and gave good tips about the area. Everyone else in the hotel was also very nice and supportive. Rooms were clean and adequately spacious. Nice view of the railway station in front and slight view of the bosphorus sea. It’s a nice hotel. And yes also the airport transfer service was also reasonably priced. Hafiz mustafa is also nearby for 24 hours sweet treats. Also tram station is also nearby.

The elevator sometimes didn’t work for us. And the stairs are a bit steep and narrow in my opinion. Else all good.
