I had a pleasant stay at Myuan Hotel in Istanbul and would like to thank the staff for their warm hospitality. Special thanks to Imre for his helpful advice on navigating the city—his guidance made a big difference in my experience.The hotel itself is very cozy and welcoming, with attentive staff who are always ready to assist. The breakfast is good, though a bit monotonous, as the ingredients tend to be the same each day.One thing to note is the surrounding area, which could benefit from improvement due to some abandoned lots nearby. Also, be prepared for the early morning call to prayer at 5:45 AM, which repeats five times a day—this is typical of life in the Sultanahmet area and adds to the authentic local atmosphere.Overall, Myuan Hotel is a charming small hotel that I would recommend to travelers looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay in Istanbul.

Perfect location on quiet street near tram and within walking distance of historical sites. So grateful for an elevator and loved having a large living room, too. BEST PART of Muyan Suites was the staff - especially the young man (HAMZA?) who would do absolutely anything for anyone with a big smile. He was the most memorable and hardest-working hotel staff member anywhere on our entire 3-week trip! The name of the gentleman who checked us in slips my mind, but he was extremely kind and helpful with reservations, directions and all else. Emrah, new at the front desk, communicated with the taxi driver for us because of a change in plans. He continues Muyan Suites' excellence in providing top-notch customer service.

The brewed coffee at breakfast tasted bitter. Maybe try a new brand?

Perfect location, view, clean rooms, very kind receptionists

This is a small but very nice hotel located in a quiet area near the historical center of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions, problems, or concerns. I liked their dining room, which had a beautiful view of the sea and the city, which went well with the delicious, free breakfast with relaxing music.They have assisted with an airport taxi booking that came on time.

Very well located. A transfer was arranged for us from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and was seamless. A description and photo were sent to me of the pick-up point, which made it easy.Our room was spotlessly clean, decorated and a good size. A hospitality tray was provided for coffee and tea, together with complementary bottles of water. A kettle and a fridge were in the room. Floors are serviced by a lift.The bed was very comfortable. Two chairs, dressing table, a standard sized wardrobe, TV, a complementary safe were provided. Room was well heated, air-con unit was also in the room. Room was very quiet, no outside noises.The bathroom was well fitted and had a walk-in shower (I had requested a room with a walk-in shower) which was very good, with a rainfall and a hand-held head. Water pressure was excellent, and the water was hot. Complementary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were provided, alongside a shower cap, cosmetic items etc. The bath towels were soft and large, including the hand towels. These were changed daily.The fourth floor breakfast room gave you amazing views. The breakfast was fantastic. A choice of freshly cooked egg dishes, fried, scrambled or omelettes, or pancakes made to order. Breakfast buffet had a choice of cereals, dried fruits, Turkish breakfast (cold meats/cheeses/olives/salad/potato and vegetable salads/mixed salads/dressings), different breads/sliced for toast, preserves, pastries/cakes. A hot dish with boiled eggs/sausages/vegetable fritters. Fresh fruit . Fruit juices, water, milk, tea/coffee. Hot food was well cooked and nicely presented. Service was excellent and unobtrusive.The public areas were very clean/very well decorated. Comfortable seating in the reception area.It is only a few minutes’ walk to the T1 tram stop, for access to other parts of the city.I highly recommend this lovely, boutique hotel.

Excellent staff and onwer: welcoming, friendly, supportive and helpful with a lot of advise on what to do in the city. Breakfast is amazing, everything is home made and cannot be missed. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Location is near to all major tourist attractions in Sultanhamet.

Some rooms could be slightly renewed. Tips for the future: it would be nice to be able to pay with American Express Credit Card

The breakfast was good, and the breakfast room had a pleasant view, though it was very hot.

I booked a room described as "garden view." It was a basement room off the kitchen. The only windows were narrow horizontal slits near the ceiling that showed people's feet on the sidewalk outside, along with the base of a flower pot.The next day I was moved to a different room off the breakfast area. The bed was comfortable, but it was not what was promised, in terms of the over-all booking.

We clearly recommend this hotel, the staff and the owner of the Hagi hotel, a special person that you rarely meet, always close to the customers to help, with a positive attitude, he helped us to change the room to one on a higher level without any additional charge, he helped with a parking space in front of the hotel, a very sociable man like all the staff. Exemplary cleanliness, towels changed daily, the position of the hotel close to most important sights, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi and Grand Bazaar... and if all these things are not enough for some of you, serve breakfast on the terrace on the top floor and the view will leave you speechless... Congratulations to the administrators!

Clean, spacious and central

Excellent Service by the staff and the owner of the hotel itself comes daily during morning breakfast to check everything is well organised and satisfy the guest needs. Awesome service.

Location was fantastic for walking to the Mosques and not far from the tram line. They went out of their way to help me.

Traffic around the hotel is not fantastic, but that is just Istanbul.

We are still delighted with our stay at the hotel. Believe me, we have seen many hotels of different levels in different countries, but we cannot remember such a wonderful feeling from the sincere care of the staff and the owner, who personally greeted guests every day at breakfast and attentively and kindly clarified all their needs and comments. Important is that all these wishes had always been fulfilled. Breakfast, by the way, was always tasty, substantial and varied, especially for such a small hotel. A personal cup of Turkish coffee in a traditional serving at the request of the guest was a very pleasant addition. The spacious rooms are perfectly clean and have a pleasant smell. On our next visit to Istanbul, we will definitely not consider any one hotel but Muyan Suites. Thanks a lot!!!

Phenomenal place. These guys go out of the way to help you.We had booked tickets to a stadium and don’t speak Turkish. The hotel was kind enough to send their personnel with us on a 45 min ride to the stadium to help us get tickets. Rooms are awesome size. Great breakfast and very helpful and informative staff.
