Great location, and a comfortable bed

The Hotel looks tired, it needs some investment to make it look better. It could be shabby chic, currently it’s just shabby. The bedding doesn’t fit the bed, no cleaners, had to go and get our own towels etc, no bin for waste. Bathroom door handle and toilet kept coming loose.

Nothing, it was far over priced for what you got.

It was small, dirty, smelly, hot and the beds were uncomfortable.

The location is great.

I had stayed at this hotel several years ago. I felt very comfortable. I returned, but found a completely different environment. The place is less maintained than used to be.

Location is good

We've been guests at this hotel twice in the past, but something went wrong this time, and the hotel has significantly deteriorated. The room had a strong sewage smell. The toilet was dirty, and the shower had very poor water pressure. Overall, the room was in quite a bad condition and very small in size.Additionally, we witnessed an incident with the staff, which I'd rather not describe here, but I'll say that we didn't feel entirely safe at the hotel.

The location is really great and the internet works perfect.

The room was not clean. The electricity blackouts in the room. Definitely not soundproof as it claims. You can even see the light from the hallway constantly turning on.

Absolutely nothing

I did not like anything about this hotel, the room was dirty, there was mold in between the tiles in the shower, the floors were dirty, the bathroom still had hairs of the previous guess that stayed in the room, the safe had no batteries so it did not work when I told the staff they replaced it with another safe which also did not work with the batteries, overall it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Location only

I was not given the right room at first night and requested clean sheets as the existing one was used with many hairs and some bugs on it and the duvet had blood on it. Staff just gave me the sheet with no intention to clean or make it. Next morning I complained and then I was moved to the real "standard room" with no apologies. I had to ask for Wi-Fi as well as the existing one did not have any signal besides no mobile data due to the location. The price reception gives to the customers in person was much lower than online price. It was a very disappointing experience at all!

The location is very close to Kardikoy central, 5/6 minutes walk away from the food and shopping facilities. The bathroom was very nice, looked like it was newly renovated.

My wifi was not very good, did not connect in the room and when it did the service was very slow. My room had a whole in the wall that didn’t look very good.

It is well localise, near everything social activities.

It was dirty, nobody came to clean the room, not enough paper toilet need to ask the reception. There was no window in the room, so smell humidity and the ventilation was very noisy.

When I paid for my room at this hotel, I was charged almost twice as much as the original discount. I did not expect the price to change at the time of payment and immediately asked the hotel to return the price difference or cancel the reservation for free, as I could not stay at them for this amount. The hotel didn’t tell me until two days later that it refused to return my money. During this time I booked other apartments at the right price, and it was no longer possible to stay in the hotel. The Customs Service team also did not help me in this situation, saying that the hotel has the right not to return the money in case of a paid cancellation. Also, the Customs Service didn’t even respond to my last message, in which I sent out screenshots with a difference in the promised and real amount of payment. So I can not recommend this hotel, as my vacation, they significantly spoiled. No help, no desire to understand this situation was neither from the hotel nor from the Booking. I recommend you stay away from this hotel, as, in the event of a dispute, you will be completely defenseless.

the location was perfect in kadikoy but everything about this hotel is under average. the room was noisy and too small and old. the bathroom smell bad and it was annoying. no light in corridors and stepways.very small steps. no elevator.no help for carrying luggage.the check in time is not standard (3)very very very bad Wi-Fivery small lobby

I have enjoyed my stay very much especially because it was quite outside at night. The room was very comfortable and compact. The stuff was very friendly and helped when asked for assistance.

the room was downstairs two floors and there is no elevator and its hard to get ur luggage from down to up even it heavy, the bathroom very small and the shower also

I liked the location and the style of the hotel. The staff was very nice. Good wifi.

Depending on the room you have your experience might change; in our case we got a "room with windows" however those windows were facing the next door cafe where they were playing music 9 to 11 everyday loudly, and the customers of the sad cafe were smoking a lot which could be smelled in the room.
