Pleasant workers, helpful, nice, loved the closeness to the metro 1min walk to the station ?,

It was a great location. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel reception was incredibly understanding.

Location and breakfast

Nobody speaks English except a man in reception. You have to pay 2 EUR to buy a cap for swimming. But the guy in the pool was very rude. He wants only cash and he don’t want to bill it to room. Unfortunately we don’t had cash and we were not allowed to use the pool

. The breakfast is nice but there is a lot of repetition in options and the dining area is small, crowded and air-conditioning is not working well. . The swimming pool is small

Very nice hotel in the perfect location near the metro. The staff was so kind that one girl gave me her personal bus pass to get to an appointment. I’m gluten free and vegan and the breakfast was so delicious! I was very well fed! I am now in love with Istanbul and Turkish people. Everyone is so kind!!!

The location is good. It takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to the historic centre of the city. Migros is within a 5 minute walk. The areas teems with cafes, restaurants, shops. Careful with those restaurants as the prices in some of them are just ridiculous. Histroria shopping and life centre as well as Aksaray Metro station are within walkable distance. The hotel also offers a transfer to Istanbul airport for 50 EUR.

Of course, you can't change the view from the window but it is worth reconsidering the quality of coffee in the restaurant.

Sauna and swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hygiene

Too noisy in the room from 4 sources.1. From the street outside, the windows are not sealed, you can literally hear everything, even conversations on the street.2. The minibar. If there is a refrigerator in the room, it must be of good quality and not noisy.3. Something through the ventilation, 24/7 noise4. The cleaners in the hallway, we understand that their job is to clean but at 6,7,8 in the morning they are too noisy in the hallway, and through the door of the room you can even hear the unlocking of the cards from other rooms, that BEEP SIGNAL

The staff didn't speak English only the reception, they weren't smiling at all, the breakfast was decent but the noise in the room was awful, we could literally listen to other rooms television, furthermore our room supposed to have a Bosporus view but finally we saw some other destroyed buildings, hamam was ok

The amenities are basic but sufficient. The staff were helpful, but it would have been good if they had a slightly better grasp of English for communication. The breakfast was good and there was some variety in the options served everyday. My family enjoyed using the swimming pool which was pretty much empty whenever they went. Considering it's a small pool, this worked out for them. The rooms are comfortable and designed nicely, however, I didn't like the overlay on all the mirrors which actually made them hard to use.There is also a sauna which is free to use, as well as a massage room and hammam facility, which you can pay extra to use. There were a few things worth mentioning that posed as issues; firstly, due to construction work taking place very nearby, we could often hear lots of banging and the reverberations of this in our room, especially in the bathroom. Some of my family members found it hard to sleep due to the unidentifiable sounds coming from the ceiling of their room as well as from their mini-bar fridge. The lock to one of the bathrooms didn't work and the bathrooms themselves had some mould and mildew in the grout between the tiles, and a lot of limescale buildup in certain areas. Although the bathrooms were generally clean, this was a bit off-putting. Overall, we had a good stay for the price we paid.

The view from the room was an eyesore, the bed was uncomfortable. Hotel was very noisy and needs sound proofing and the water system was noisy in the room. Rooms were clean. Not really a hotel to take photos off.

Nice property with enough amenities for a comfortable stay. We stayed for two nights, which was perfect. The breakfast was lovely with such a wide variety of food. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay overall
