    Pros +

    • Good location, overall clean but it could be better especially the bathroom. Clean bedding, comfy bed, large room, nice neighbourhood, transportation to the European part by ferry just 5 minutes away (by foot).
    • the folks at reception are genuinely kind people who clearly know what they're doing
    • It's my second stay in this hotel, the room is big, cleaned every day, towels changed everyday, close to all transportation in Kadıköy. Very good hotel for the price paid

    Cons -

    • The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower was not well secured and the whole bathroom got wet.
    • there were no towels in the room—i think they just forgot to put them out. that's a pretty big miss.
    • Rooms are definitely outdated, feels not clean at all. But actually, it is hard to spot stains or dirt. Zero sound isolation. It has a mini fridge with 2 small complimentary waters. No kettle. Windows a can be fully open, but expect zero views since the hotel is located in a narrow street in a living area, it is facing apartments. But if you open the window, look out and left, THEN you have a glimpse of Bosporus :) My room had a body towel, hand towel and a floor towel. So hand towel was for multi-purpose use for both hands and head. Kind of price/performance. But kind of.

The whole lovely Kadıköy is at your service. Plus, access to various commute options for the rest of Istanbul. Activities are really limitless. But keep in mind that The hotel is located on a uphill street -since İstanbul.is the city of 7 hills, and entrance of the hotel has stairs. So not the accessibility friendly. The highlight of my stay was Volkan and Cenk, the front office day and night receptionists. They were the best thing about my stay, they are friendly, kind, super polite and always smiling.

    The location was good

The stuff we're rude. Had a friend over and not to stay with us but they were like visitors are not allowed you have to pay etc. The room was not up to standards they bed give backache after sleeping in them. There was no kettle to make tea had to bring hot water in cups from downstairs.

We are for the third time here, so we like it. It's clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's not new and posh, but the location is perfect for the Asian part. The street is quiet. And they have a parking lot in the backyard

Amazing location, very friendly staff and a very quiet and safe area close to hip and cute cafes up in Yeldegirmeni... convenience shops everywhere and even a hamam with a sauna close by!

The rooms are a little tired and chronic smell of cigarettes everywhere that is the curse of Turkey in general. People smoke everywhere and also in the hotels. Please note that this isn't a specific problem for this hotel rather a general issue.

Very friendly staff who helped me understand midnight travel options (Havast Bus) to the airport to pick up my dad in the early morning. I wished I could have stayed longer in the hotel unfortunately as my dad couldn’t speak English or Turkish I ended up having to stay with him in his hotel…Fantastic location with ferries to all major attractions beyond the river, there was a long coastal walk along the bank with an amazing view. Very close to an urban park.

The room was a little small.

A comfortable and clean place, nice and friendly personnel. Located next to the centric Kadikoy area full of restaurants, bars and shops.

The only strange thing was the absence of a shower curtain, so water spilled all over the bathroom. Also there were no cups/plates to have tea or breakfast. But overall a very pleasant experience.

Nice location and good value for the price

Quite an old style hotel. Nothing fancy but good for the value.

    9ArseniiPosted on: 7-7-2024

Very good hotel right in the centre of Asian part of Istanbul, excellent location close to sea and underground station, excellent connection to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, good food possibilities nearby!

    9MohamedPosted on: 6-10-2024

Simple, clean, and available. Perfect for ppl traveling for a budget (best value). I even had a bigger room even though I didn't ask for it.

    8AlizadehPosted on: 5-20-2024

Poeple in reception are kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. The location is great with easy access to metro and ferry.

There is no water cooker in the room and for a cup of hot water for having a tee you should go to the lobby.

    8RaistlinPosted on: 5-16-2024

The room was relatively clean. The heating works. Free tea in the lobby. The staff at the reception was very helpful, they provided me with a spare key to the room when I forgot mine at my friend's.

Room is small and pretty basic. The only easily accessible power outlet is near the bed. Shower cabin without a door, hence wet floor. Hot water temperature is limited in peak hours. The toilet flush was not very reliable in terms of efficiency.

    5WilliamPosted on: 5-8-2024

Near the port, the staff were nice and the mattress was not too thin like some other places.

It's very small rooms, not the cleanest it had a bit of a grimy/ dingy vibe, the hotel and the rooms are pretty old and it shows. I got bitten in one room, they kindly moved me to another but was bitten there too.

    10AtsuyaPosted on: 5-1-2024

The staffs were really friendly. And the room was clean. Location was also good. Easy access to the bus station and ferry station. From the airport to the hotel, you can take Havaist and then you can reach the hotel.

If the shower room has a door, it will be more comfortable for me.

    9TarmelinaPosted on: 4-23-2024

If you need to go to the airport early in the morning, the location is excellent! I arrived late, it was not a problem, receptionist was very kind. I could even see a piece of the Bosphorus from the window of my room. It's nice that there was water in the refrigerator

smell of cigarettes in the room

    8ArtemPosted on: 4-11-2024

Clean room, hot water, good value for the money, great location. 24/7 check in / check out.

Coffee is not actually a coffee there but a surrogate of it. Perhaps put a vending machine instead in the entrance hall. Room had 2 beds with 1 for two persons, so not much space left. Perhaps remove a bed if one person stays.

    9EugenioPosted on: 4-3-2024

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Kadikoy ferry terminal and metro station. The same metro line gets you to and from Sabiha Gokcen airport in a hour so it can be very convenient if you are flying from / to there. Moreover, Kadikoy is a the best place to stay, far from the horrible crowd of tourists on the European side and still a very lively neighbourhood plenty of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The majority of people around are young locals and the atmosphere is very relaxed, especially in the morning, where everything is calm and quiet but still populated and happy.
