Santra Bosphorus Hotel

Staff were very attentive and helpful. We found check in easy and smooth. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size for a short stay. We were able to borrow an iron when we needed it and found the room quiet at night.

The bathroom was slightly musty as there is no window in there. However this didn't bother us too much.

Overall, our stay was good. Nice, clean, comfortable room with proper facilities and good space. Good value for money. The location is good, but there are only buses around there. No metro/train etc.

Sometimes there would be noises coming outside in the middle of the night. It was a little bothering. There was no sound block I believe. Also, the wifi at midnight would just stop working through the whole night. We asked them to fix it, but it did not work. Also, even though they told us the hotel staff's work hours are from 9 a.m to 9 p.m, most of the time there was no one behind the counter. So most of the time we had to ask for something on their whatsapp.

Was good , clean , the location nice, the workers very nice, and polite.

Required maintenance at the water valves

We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor. Room was small but still a decent size with Ortakoy standards. The bed was comfortable. The design of the room was functional. The staff (especially the housekeeping staff) was kind and helpful.

The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. There was also a very heavy and horrible smell in the room. Finally; they have parking but the daily rate they gave me in May was more than the rate I got from the Radisson Blue down the road. So I parked at the Radisson.

The hospitality of Mr. Hussein, a clean and good smelling place.

Space was a little tight

Nice small hotel in a good neighbourhood. The place was very clean and perfectly suitable for a short city break. Personnel extremely helpful as I had to change my travel plan and needed a date change. It was done and I was able to enjoy the stay.

I had a very good time at the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. There is a bakery close by, so breakfast was also no issue at all.

Property rate:- Very very clean- bed was so confortable- bathroom, even tho it was small, it was more than enough- hotel’s area is very safe, you will easly reach any tourist objective either by taxi or by public transportation.- near the hotel (vis-a-vis, literally 1 meter away from hotel’s door) you will find a very good restaurant, we enjoyed kunefe(and not only) from the bottom of our hearts :) Staff rate:- Reception guy… bro is awesome, he knows english very good. If you don’t know the city, you can ask him and he will kindly response you with accurate informations that will help you explore this wonderful city.

The receptionist, Hussein, was a very kind and empathetic, welcoming and funny young man. He made our stay in Turkey more enjoyable and he was very helpful with everything. We reviewed the hotel 5 stars because of his kindess and help. You could see that he tried his best making everything perfect.

The blinds in the room could be a bit thicker, at night you can see the lights from the shops across the street. Also, the windows, even if they were closed fully you could still hear people outside as if they were in the bed with us.

the room was bit small and had no daylight but was still okay as I was not staying during the day in the hotel

the staff are great! especially Hassan at the reception he was very welcoming and he helped me with everything and with my luggage whenever I came in too as they don’t have an elevator. the location is great right in the middle of beautiful ortakoy. I would definitely stay there again

I stayed for 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room once. I didn’t ask them to as I assumed they would automatically do it like any other hotel, but maybe I had to ask.

The location was very good. The people at the reception were helpful but not professional.

The room was much smaller than it looked in the photo. One day there was no water, they said there was a water shortage in the neighborhood. One day, while I was sleeping at night, water started dripping from above. I told the reception, they couldn't find another problem at first, then I told them to look in the room upstairs. Turns out they left the water on in the upstairs room. They didn't use anything other than shampoo. We asked for soap and they gave us shampoo again.

I booked this room for my parents. They absolutely loved this place. It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was quiet at night. They were happy that it was very close to the bus stop, restaurants, and shops.

Hotel was booked for my parents, they commented that hotel very clean, comfortable. No bad smell.

First of all, they give us the wrong room and we booked something else in booking. Then we had to change the room and we had a problem with the water the whole day there was no water and they mentioned they have a parking in Booking.com but unfortunately they don’t have a parking.

I would like to thank the staff (Omran , Hussain and akram) for amazing help and support in everything.. The hotel location near to artkoy beach is less than 1 mints walking you will reach to restaurant that selling potato and to the old masjidVery close to all shops and restaurants..near to bus station alao taxi available 24 hrs..The value of the money is valid on this hotel ...Big thanks again the staff ??
