The Marions Suite - Central Comfortable Stay in Taksim

Everything, amazing hospitality from all staff members , very clean, very accommodating, free delicious coffee all day long. Would definitely come back to this hotel if I am ever in Istanbul again!

Free drink anytime, hot tea, coffee, orange juice. Cute cats everywhere, hard not to love them! Breakfast is delicious. Good size of room for family of three. Warm room during winter.

Wifi at 4th floor is unstable. But we have or own wifi, so its not big problem.

Amazing stay I had in this facility. You feel like home and the service is superb. Valy was of great support all the time and also Mustafa . The location was prime and the food was very nice

The hotel is simply fantastic in all aspects. Staff is so nice that we felt like home. Room and all the hotel was immaculate clean with attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and location was a bonus. Just 5/8 min walk to taksim and istiklal street. Easy access to metro, funicular and buses. Mini market and veg/fruit store just in front of the hotel. Most important is that street is quite :)

The only drawback is the very short steep road to go up to the square but it did not effect our stay at all. ISTANBUL is beautiful and we will definitely visit again in the same hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

Excellent location, breakfast, and staff! Everyone was super-friendly and helpful. Nice room designs.

The windows had some sealing issues for sounds and heat insulation weren't the best. The bathtub was a bit clogged. Some small kitchen drawers were falling out. All minor.

I love this place, good decoration, and Staffs are so helpful and friendly at all times we stay. Good BF and can take coffee every time.

Really nice and friendly employees. Manager took extra steps to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Murat and Farida were extra attentive to my parents and helped them to feel welcome and comfortable. My toddler loved pumping curving experience organized by the manager and his wife. We had a pleasure to see our pumpkin on the display for the whole duration of the trip. Breakfast was included and food was delicious. Murat offered childcare assistance so I can have a chance to eat. I will definitely stay there again.

The location was quiet and peaceful even though we were in the middle of a city. It felt like a home away from home, everyone was so kind and welcoming.

There isn’t anything to dislike.

The environment was very pleasant, the breakfast was great, it had an elevator, the room was spacious and well equipped, they also had a parking that they collaborated with 1 minute away.

It’s not that we didn’t “like” this, but it’s something we think people should know. You are 3-5 minutes from the Taksim Square-super close-but from/to the hotel you need to ascend/descend a very steep road, which was ok for us, but someone older may have a problem with that. Otherwise you could use uber to have a direct pick up from the hotel ?

Front lobby is adorable with tea and coffee and front desk staff available 24/7. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There were items in the room description that did not match. In description the living room couch was a pullout and it was not. Said 2 televisions, there was only 1 and in the bedroom. Cleaning staff starts early and the supplies were outside our room so it was noisy. There is only 1 outlet in the living room to use for charging phones, etc. and we had to unplug a lamp to use it.

Since the first second we came to the hotel, the staff are friendly and greeted us with "welcome home!" And they're not lying. I like the relaxing atmosphere, the feeling that youre not at the cold and rigid chain hotel, but instead at family home. But still, everyone works above and beyond to make sure our stay is as comfortable as it can be, and they clean the room everyday. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and huge, good space cupboard and bathroom, breakfast is delicious, and location is very close to Taksim Square. Bus, metro, tram, and ferry stops are within 10 minutes walking. Mind you the area is hilly but it doesn't matter too much.

Overall Great for a 3 star hotel. Excellent staff behavior, all of them had perfect manners and very helpful, also good breakfast and facilities

The location is such that the climb to the top, towards taksim square is rather steep if you're staying with family .

Had a lovely stay at Marions Suite! The location was perfect—close to all the main sights. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff including Valley were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back!

The rooms could use a little upgrade, but they were clean and comfortable.

We had our child and stroller, and going to the metro station, was a bit of a fuss because we had to climb a steep uphill everyday.

The cleanliness and location were excellent, just a short walk from Taksim Square. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Vale and Mohamed.

The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

You have to climb down and up something like 100 stairs to get to the hotel from Taksim Square.

Window shades didn't work. Hotel is somewhat dated. Breakfast buffet needs some fresh fruit.

Staff were very nice and friendly. When I checked out, I wasn't sure who to and how to tip so only the cleaning lady got a tip from me. They all deserved one. The breakfast was good. The location was great. A wine shop around the corner that I didn't find out about until the last 2 days.

The shower is very small.
